I understand the deal of trying to save a buck, but I think they went entirely too far. A new Qeuso Bacon Ranch Wrap is kinda small but not bad. In the pictures on tv and on the menu. But what you get is a completely different thing. This thing was closer to the size of the honey mustard packet. Tiny is the word. It's like a chicken nugget with some other stuff on it and a whole lot of tortilla. The same for their breakfast burritos. Portion size was like little kid size, like a 5 year old size.

Ordered through the app. Checked in via app. Sat for 10 minutes, phoned went unanswered so finally went inside. Food had not been prepared and server said app didnt tell them I was there. Told manager (adult woman working food prep) that I was already late for rehearsal amd to cancel the order. "Oh, it'll be readt in 30 seconds!" 4 minutes later handed bag with food, "thank you" walked away. "Where's my drink?" (noted on walking in that a tray with a BigRed was on the counter with printed order on same tray. Four other cars in lot but staff in back looked like they were working in panic mode, servers (2) rolling eyes frustrated amd obviously not happy campers... Usually get good food and service at location but not tonight! Not even offered an apology comp or partial refund.... Disappointed and 10 minutes late to choir rehearsal...
