They are so slow i was waiting 40 min for 3 churo and 2 pretzels. Two young boys shame they are not fast and fool of energy. Don't eat here only if you must. And to kot forget churos was not

Bad experience! Visited in July 2023. The lady making the sandwiches did not know what she was doing. She wanted to toast my sub after the veggies were on. (I had to tell her how to do it) The pizza she made was cold in the middle. She put @30 pepperonis on the pizza, no idea why, but she was so edgy we never had the nerve to tell her to stop layering pepperoni on. She grumbled to us about another customer right in front of that customer. The poor lady had poor social and cooking skills. ?

I got very sick from the food to last time I ate at this Subway. I've not ate there since. I wasn't the only one that got sick. So I'll never eat there again. If it got better I can't help it. Look at my recent review on the truck stop restroom. Remember that is what the subway worker uses for the restroom and where they are to wash their hands. The restroom smelt like old urine build up at the nursing home. Call the state Quick!

I asked if I could get a salad and was told, "yes." When I got to the register, I was charged for a 6" sub plus $2.70 for the salad. When I questioned why I was charged for the sub that I didn't get the clerk became very defensive and pointed to something on the board. When I didn't understand she became impatient. Still not understanding why I was being charged for something I didn't get, Feeling ripped off, I muttered this may be my last Subway meal and walked away. As I was eating, the clerk poked her head out and said something about giving me a warning. When my sister went back after we ate to clarify, the clerk got angry with her and then angrily walked away from the counter. Apparently instead of having a simple salad charge, the cost of salad is the cost of a sub plus a salad. This whole uncomfortable scene for everyone could have been avoided if Subway just had a salad fee.

Allison and Kimberly were in there today making sandwiches and they did an amazing job they said they're working on improving the store and I'm happy to say I will be back many many times

So I used to manage Subways. This was one of the worst I've seen. The sandwich stations were filthy, the ingredients on the bain were empty or barely stocked. No backups were prepped. The line sandwich artist had to go to the back to open a new pack of turkey to finish a sandwich. The staff were slow and didn't seem to be able to focus. Sandwich making was sloppy, as if there had been little to no training. It took exactly 10 minutes for two sandwiches to be made, and there was a line behind me. Back in the day, if I'd spent more than four minutes on a sandwich, that was a pay raise I missed. If I'd been an inspector, this place would have been screwed royally. Plus for remembering the sandwiches were double meat, but minus for forgetting what the meat was even though the sandwich artist in question spent a LONG time staring down at it. I get that the pay is terrible and the job is monotonous at best, but believe me, it is not that difficult to recover a store front even after a huge rush. Especially when there's another employee in the back presumably cleaning up and doing prep. You can do better, I promise.

This subway dose not know how to handle customers and I will be reporting them to there corporate office for poor service
