The store is nice. The food was horrible. The taco pizza tasted like new construction smells, and our chalupa was burned. Also, our order was all kinds of messed up. The tacos were hard and should have been soft, and the pizza was smashed to one side of the box, as was the nacho fries. It's a fairly new restaurant, so hopefully, these are just blips that come with the learning curve. We will try it again in a while, and hopefully, things will smooth out.
The food tasted ok, but seemed to be quickly thrown together in the bag and a couple items were wrong, but not bad enough to make a fuss because my main concern is the service being nothing short of unfortunate, so I definitely didn’t want to address the mishap with the food. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming staff member that night and no one else seemed very happy to be there. I’ve been at this location twice previously when it first opened and it was great! Everything was fantastic, the service was really impressive, and I was especially impressed with it being a brand new store. But this last time was a bit of a let down. I hope they figure out whatever kinks have happened between then and now because I was really happy to have such a good Taco Bell so close. I probably will just go to Richmond from now on. :(

I haven’t been to this Taco Bell but a few times, but every time I go I get my food fast and all the employees are very nice. It’s nice to have a Taco Bell in town again. It hasn’t even been a month yet since they opened and they are doing a great job. Working fast food isn’t easy and the employees seem to make the best out of it even during a rush.

The food was good the times we went in however, wish you guys were open till 1 am or at least midnight. Last time went they were closed early. Tried to go at 1030pm and the doors were locked. The service kind of sucked also and the kiosks are such a pain in the butt to deal with. Why couldn't we just get a regular taco bell like everywhere else???

They are very honest in what they do, they are very fast at getting orders out to people, they are very quick to catch mistakes and they also correct themselves on their mistakes as well. They are good and honest people that work there.
