“Just moved and this location is the WORSE!!!! Everytime it is 1 1/2+ hour wait. Said 26 min. wait.....called after wait 1 1/2 hours and no pizza just to be put on hold for 9 min. then they picked up and hung up I get being busy but you need to be professional and honest about your wait times. I called back and told them what happened. They checked my order and there were still 4 ahead of mine to be started! I said I could wait two hours and to cancel and refund. Once again put on hold. This went on till I called back from different number amazingly!!! Like magic someone answered and turns out my order was canceled. I never write bad reviews but this one was so ridiculous I made an exception.“

The tenders are always fresh, don't understand how they do it.

Almost every where else you have an occasional bad visit. Where the food is cool or the fries are warm.

But it has never happened at canes to me before and I eat there about 9 x a month

And the dipping sauce is used on everything. Fries, bread and tenders“

“I worked at 2 pizza places as a teenager so I’m the last person to criticize what they do… at the same time my daughter and I went in on a Friday night and somehow my online order was overlooked. Everyone in the store was accommodating and one worker in particular (I’m sorry I didn’t get the name) went above and beyond to make my child happy. He overheard her talking about flipping the dough and gave her a small piece to play with while we waited and then gave her a soda to make up for our order being “lost” as we watched everyone else come and go with their orders. Not only was I more than willing to wait with understanding, but I also had my child complaining when we had to leave because she wanted to stay longer. Thank you for the little things!“

“I went to Lee's Chicken tonight because my 16 year old daughter wasn't feeling good. She was craving a chicken pot pie ?! Unfortunately the man in front of me in the drive thru ordered 4 of pot pies, so they asked if I wanted to wait the 17 minutes it takes to make a new one. Usually I wouldn't have waited, but like I said, my kiddo wasn't feel good and was craving a chicken pot pie and a biscuit. They told me to pull up and they would bring it out. I don't think I waited 7 minutes before they brought it out to me! And they have me a complimentary sprite to take home to my sick daughter! I was very impressed about how nice they were! The food was amazing and they were fast! I had a wonderful experience!“

“The chicken here is unmatched with their Cajun seasoning, they unfortunately forgot the biscuit in my meal as well as charged me extra for extra sauce and didn’t add it. It is what it is I just have to check in the future. I advise everyone else do the same.“

“I love the consistency of Pizza Hut! It doesn't matter where I go in the country, or what pizza I order, it is always good. Their pan pizza which was their original specialty is still top notch. Their pepperoni is the best among any of the national chains I have tried. I have noticed that the smaller the pizza, the better the pan crust is so I always recommend personal pan size to medium.“
