“Just moved and this location is the WORSE!!!! Everytime it is 1 1/2+ hour wait. Said 26 min. wait.....called after wait 1 1/2 hours and no pizza just to be put on hold for 9 min. then they picked up and hung up I get being busy but you need to be professional and honest about your wait times. I called back and told them what happened. They checked my order and there were still 4 ahead of mine to be started! I said I could wait two hours and to cancel and refund. Once again put on hold. This went on till I called back from different number amazingly!!! Like magic someone answered and turns out my order was canceled. I never write bad reviews but this one was so ridiculous I made an exception.“

“Our server "SARAH" was wonderful, we were unfamiliar with the food served at HOT SHOTS,SARAH made some suggestions of which we chose. We took advantage of their "HAPPY HOUR " ; THEIR BURGER WITH THE "WOODY TOAST WITH CHEEZE, A 9" CHEEZE PIZZA WITH BACON,ONIONS, SAUSAGE & MUSHROOMS AND THE BONELESS CHICKEN BITES!!! OH MY GOODNESS THE FOOD WAS SO OVER THE TOP!!! SARAH YOU ROCK! "HAPPY HOUR AT HOT SHOTS" AND SARAH WILL BE OUR WAITRESS!!! OUR NEW"GO TOO FOR GREAT SERVICE AND FOOD DESTINATION!

“Went by Raising Cane’s today Saturday July 11 there fryers were down 😢. Went up the road to the fil a place. Boy what a disappointment compared to Cane’s.“
“ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!“

“Absolutely love raising canes chicken.
The tenders are always fresh, don't understand how they do it.
Almost every where else you have an occasional bad visit. Where the food is cool or the fries are warm.
But it has never happened at canes to me before and I eat there about 9 x a month
And the dipping sauce is used on everything. Fries, bread and tenders“

“Very nice woman working the takeout counter, she was friendly and helpful. We just went inside to pick up our carryout order that was placed through the Pizza Hut app. Only downside would be that the quality of the food has went downhill as far as the large pizzas we got definitely looked more like medium pizzas and there was hardly any toppings on it which unfortunately seems to be the way most places have been doing to save money the last few years. All in all it was ok.“
