Pulled me forward for one single cheeseburger and it came out looking horrible. Half the bun don’t have a burger on it and most of the condiments didn’t make it on the burger. And the lady at the window was rude.

Why does this location never gives bags? Every time I go through the drive thru I then have to ask for bags for my food and ice cream because they just hand you the item. Why are we just handing people their food with no bag?? If I'm in the drive thru I clearly am going to be taking this food inside- why would I want to juggle all my stuff? It happens every time I have been here too, so Idk if the workers are told not to give out bags or what but it's ridiculous

Charged me 12.00, handed me a completely melted oreo concrete and told me the machine is messed up. Then told us to pull forward and wait (waited 10 minutes) for a dip cone that was the saddest dip cone I ever seen. IF THE MACHINE IS BROKE WHY ARE YOU STILL SERVING PEOPLE? And now they refuse to answer their phones. It's fine. I'll call corporate!

Should’ve learned my lesson from last time. I got the honey bbq chicken strip basket. The strips were in one big, wet, soft pile. Not appetizing at all. Glad I paid $12 for to only eat the handful of fries and a slice of bread with butter.
