I was kind of disappointed that the cook wasn't wearing gloves to make the food

Your cook server older lady working tonight was rude and acted like we shouldn't have even step foot in there.... There was nobody else in there... My boyfriend told her that we were waiting on Mom and Dad to get there. And that they should be here in 10 minutes. She was so nonchalant and said okay with a not inviting tone . It was awkward ...fast forward to my mom finally showing up. She wanted to play some of the slots that are there and the lady who was waiting on tables and cooking didnt have any patience

This was by far the worst meal we have ever had. Half of the meal was cooked in the microwave. No one asked how the meal was. I have never left a negative review before but want to save someone from making the same mistake. The place is gross. The chairs are ripped and the place looks dirty. We didn’t see the sanitation score posted by the door or anywhere in view from the main dining area. Only rated one star so we could leave a review.

Mom and Pop place which I love. Cash only, slot machine if your in to that. Plenty of hot coffee. I had the biscuits and gravy which was good.
Place is a throw back when things were simpler.

Local Greasy spoon, reminds me of a little spot that was in my hometown growing up, and I'm sure it feels that way for countless others who walk through the doors into their own nostalgic formative years.
The feeling it elicits is bittersweet, but it's the perfect place to eat, the feelings of less than perfect childhoods fall away and you're left with generous portion sizes, friendly staff, quaint acuterments, and you leave after a painless price is paid, feeling more at home than you had been able to feel in years.

I'd say its more than worth it.

Only reason for the 3 star is the was an unsavory character there. Otherwise great people for and service
