Service was absolutely horrible we'll ask a few times i've ordered delivery.It is always late like over an hour so I was trying to redeem a free pizza that's a offered because they were so late last time walked nobody seemed fit to be able to serve me. So I just left, didn't want the Pizza that badly. Definitely will not be back

How is this place still in business? The owner must not care! Poor management, unprofessional staff and poor quality pizza. Not to mention long wait times that are never accurate. When call and ask about delivery they lie and says it's on the way!

Worst dominos I’ve ever been to. I ordered two pizzas for pickup (12-18 minutes) waited 30 minutes before I even went to the store to pick it up and I was told there were still two orders ahead of mine before they would even start mine. We will not be returning to this store again.

Got my order and half my pizza was out and bites taken out. Called the manager and he said he didn’t believe me so I offer to send pictures for proof then get told I haven’t ordered from them since 11/28 when I have pizza sitting right in front of me. This place is joke no wonder you have 2 stars.

The food is the same dominos pizza you expect at amy dominos location. The prices are great. They have never had an order ready on time here. Somehow the hillsboro location always gets orders done wben promised.

I have used this location for both carry out and delivery. The delivery time is never accurate and could take 30 minutes or 2 hours. When using carry out or order ahead, the trackers say the food is ready there can still be an additional 45 minute wait. Please do not use this location.

I'd give a zero star if I could .... Been waiting almost 2 hours for two sandwiches from there I called and apparently my order got pushed off because they got other orders that got called in that needed done by a certain time so even though my order was already placed my order got pushed off to the back burner smh that's what they told me I will never order from here again

If I could give less than a one star.I would, i called three times after a three hour wait the employees of this store continuously lied about the approximate time of delivery, we called a fourth time and was directed to the manager,( this lady was the nastiest, most unprofessional person I've ever talked to.In my life.It's surprising.She has a management position) she tried to treat me like a child.When we were canceling the order and hung the phone up on us.Two times, i would love to follow-up with somebody higher up to resolve this situation.We have a problem every time we order from here

Biggest issue here is delivery and/or pickup times. Driving up to the restaurant for a pickup and then finding out it's going to be 20 minutes later than what you were told in your online order is major cause for customer dissatisfaction. The manager has to find a way to create realistic expectations or simply find a way to disable online ordering so his employees can tell people over the phone what to expect.
