I want to let the owner of the High Ridge store to know that Sara and Sherene who are the GM & Customer service rep who answered my call, went above and beyond for me. They were very busy and were very accommodating and WONDERFUL, when they were out of certain ingredients to make sandwiches, to go out of their way to make my order happen. These two ladies deserve recognition and a raise or bonus for their service. I appreciate them Greatly!

I have not had my pizza made right 1 time, but I am extremely difficult. I give them a 5 star because they gave me a credit for my wrong pizzas, even when I used my credit it was wrong. But the manager Justin said hed take care of me personally when I order again. The woman at the window was awesome, never forget to tip your service people, even on pick up. This is a good establishment.

Very good spreading of the ingredients on their pizza. Crust is always perfect. Made perfect, as ordered. Always ready & hot when I pickup a carryout. Workers seem happy to be there.

I called to tell the manage that my salad is part bad lettuce and half the salad is huge core pieces and much less leafy. She said she won't accept the salad back and no refund. She said we could drive back up there and they would remake it and she doesn't even want the gross old salad back. I don't like the patronizing way that she talked to me, like she REALLY doesn't give a care about her actual job, customers, or food quality. The gal that picked up the phone sound literally the same. I've been coming here in the for a long time before they got this crew and it's been great, but not anymore apparently.
It's this crew in particular that seems like maybe trying to ruin this business and clientele? It's giving far left vibes. IDK honestly, but there is certainly a presence at this restaurant that i dont want to have anything to do with.
And never had a problem with food or customer service before today but i haven't been for a couple months either.

Ever since the IMO’s pizza closed in Bentley Plaza in Fenton, we have gone to the High Ridge IMO’s. This review pertains to them. I am normally not a person who likes to leave a review in a negative manner, but I feel they kind of deserve it. In the last few times we have ordered from the High Ridge location, my 1/2 House salad, with extra cheese and two hard boiled eggs, and French dressing, has not come to my house that way. It has come very wilted with hardly any cheese and no hard boiled eggs and the wrong dressing, the latest being today. I called the first time and they told me they would give me a credit which they never did. I called today about this and the only way they would give me a credit is if I came back up and proved it and showed it I said well I’ll take a picture and send it to you and the girl says well I’m not gonna give you my phone number and I guess the manager or the owner is not there and that’s unacceptable customer service. We have been a big And regular customer of theirs for a long time, but not anymore and I told her that and he’s gonna recognize our name and he will be sorry. We will not be going there anymore. I don’t know what has happened, but that’s some seriously rude employees.
