I got the old “sorry I can’t serve you my computer is rebooting” from the night shift guy. I understand nobody wants to do these jobs, you should just close instead of saying you are 24 hours and having people drive out thinking they can get food. I guess I will be eating gas station food.

For the third time in a row I order for my family and myself and at least a third of the food never makes it in the bag and what does make it into the bag is cold and old. So yall can charge me 46 bucks but only give me 30 in food. And once again I get to come back and get my food that yall messed up and miss out on eating with my family. To add insult to injury when I call to let yall know, just like every other time, no one can be bothered to answer the phone. The dude at the window was fine. It was the store manager that I watched bag my stuff. So the store manager can't even do it right, but then again she also can't keep her hair out of the food by properly securing it, as a female with very long hair myself I find that to be sad and gross.

Lobby is always closed. I can't go threw drive thru in mornings because my company vehicle is too tall. Food always takes 30-40 minutes to get when they are open. Just close the dang location if your always gonna have the lobby closed.

The only thing keeping JitB alive is their buttermilk ranch, yet somehow this location forgets sauces every time I order from them. I'm pretty sure the owner only keeps this location around as a black market operation to launder buttermilk ranch for personal use.

the wait it alyways 30 minutes i started driving the extra 20 miles to lemay it’s so slow
This is my third time giving this location a shot and they are ALWAYS either out of tacos completely, or don’t have sauce. The worse part is, they put a small paper sign over the ordering window, versus before you get stuck in the line. It’s also the slowest drive through I’ve ever encountered, so it sucks to get stuck in a line for 30 mins, and not even get food. That wait was to simply get out of the line. Don’t waste your time.

Got here around 11:57pm, told due to short staff there will be a 20 min wait for food. It’s now 12:53am, and there’s still 2 people in front of me waiting. Unfortunately I would’ve left if I was able to get out, I wouldn’t have stayed knowing it would be an hour wait. I understand short staffing but an hour…..

Ordered 10 tacos, gave money at window, handed my tacos, all in less than 30 seconds, the tacos were pre-made, cold, stale, disgusting! NEVER AGAIN! Been eating these tacos for 40+ years, they were never this bad! Service was was horrible, didn't even speak to me, took my money, closed the window, rude !
