Every Friday my kids want a happy meal. So every Friday I put up with being asked to pull around to the other side of the building to wait for my food which defeats the purpose of having to stop at the second window.

Tonight was the worst experience I've had with this issue so far. They had so many cars wrapped around the front that to avoid hitting someone who was waiting, I had to drive over the curb. (I had no other choice as I couldn't back up with people coming in behind me). Got to the drive thru speaker box and gave my app code, was told to come to the first window. I noticed that every car in front of me was having to pull around the building to wait for their food. When I got to the second window, of course, I was asked to pull around. I asked what they suggested since the line to go around front was wrapped around to where I could see the car in front of me. I was politely asked to just pull up as far as I could. By the time I got to the actual waiting point, they were already starting to come out with my order.

I want to point out that everyone I interacted with was very pleasant.

I'm not sure if this is a situation where their drive thru wait times are being tracked, but I've had enough of having to pull around every single time I go. I've been asked to pull around during the day in a non rush time as well.

I called corporate because this is ridiculous and it's not fair to the customers. I feel like there will eventually be a car accident because the wait line does impede the amount of room people have to drive into the property. I don't want free food, I don't want a discount, I just want them to know what it's like every time I go and what other customers are experiencing. At this point, just stop using the second window and tell people to pull around the front since this seems to be their practice.

My family ordered an online to-go order for the store. I was handed a bag with missing items, cold fries, and the food that was there was cold, and to top it all off there was trash at the bottom of our bag. I came back to the store to request a remake and I was immediately called a liar. The manager who was extremely unprofessional called the police. Never will order from here again. Worst $20 ever spent.

This McDonald’s really loves having “pull around”. I guess they want to keep their drive through times quota good. 8 cars were waiting today. But if you know they do that and just opt to mobile order for curbside, they kinda make it awkward when they bring your food and do that, wait a second for tip look.

I get customized orders can be kinda a pain (I also work in fast food) but when someone puts extra pickle and mayo on their food, especially when they’re paying extra for it, they expect it to be on the burger 😭..it was very obviously thrown together like whoever made it was annoyed but if I’m paying extra and you make it plain..kinda a dick move lol

Every time we go here we either get crap service and decent food, or decent service and either wrong food or not all of our food. It is not acceptable! It's not fair that someone has to go hungry because they can't their shit together! They say they can't deliver my food to me, because they're short handed.... how is your staffing issue my fault? Ordered my food ahead of time so we could just swing by and pick it up.... no... that couldn't happen... we waited and waited, seen them helping everyone in the drive thru.... finally I went in to get my own food. I guess it's my bad that I trusted that they would get it correct.

They are good at providing bad orders. From sausage bagels marked steak biscuits, to holiday pies in apple pie sleeves, there’re very convincing. Checking the bag in line is not good enough. You better open everything…or go to another location. Mistakes are becoming the norm here.

Never get the order right. Foods cold and they pull every car forward to wait 30 minutes for sub par anything. Not friendly. But the best drive thru time around I bet.
