staff is great and take care of there guests
Left pizzas on neighbor's porch. (1/2 mile away) When we called to find out where it was a hour and 45 minutes later the lady was very rude. Still rude when I went to pickup because they said it would be 2 hours to replace it.
I ordered pizza for delivery only to sit waiting for an hour and 40 min before it even left the store. I called them up and expressed my concerns in a calm demeanor when the manager, Elaine, became very unprofessional and gave an attitude to me saying, “well we’ve been kinda busy”. She refused to have her manager contact me and told me to talk to corporate. This is one of the absolute WORST pizza huts I’ve ever done business with.
