The employee's were all rude. I tried to order the new nachos. I was told 'we don't have the containers so we aren't doing that'. Go somewhere else. Nobody deserves service like that.
Lazy as all get out half the time they don't change gloves at all they don't get my order right then they are too lazy to put out the hot honey sauce and you can say that your out but no way your out for a month when the store 8 miles down the road in cedar hill constantly has it subways going down hill
I usually prefer this store over the one in Cedar Hill but nor anymore. The girl who made the sandwiches moved so slowly that is was actually comical. And the girl who topped them could barely speak or understand English and ended up drowning both sandwiches in vinegar making them basically inedible. NEVER AGAIN.
Why did I have to watch you yell at an elderly man because he couldn’t hear you? He said one time he couldn’t hear you, so you respond with literal yelling? Totally unacceptable. Additionally, you were rude to me. I get that neither of the girls like their job, but no need to take that out on your customers. Stay away from this subway.
Gave this location 2 visits before rating. I can’t believe the lack of quality of this food. Not fresh. Sour tasting. Subway used to be my favorite. We put in pick up order. Was given a time. Arrived said had to wait 15 minutes. Won’t over spend here again.
Tried to place an order for pickup last night at 9:30. Online it says they close at 10 so we thought we'd be ok. Mid order we get an error. Got to the store by 9:40, open light still on but the door was locked. The employee behind the counter just stared at us as we tried to open the locked door. It doesn't take 20 mins to make a sandwich so I don't get why they lock the door so early. At least turn the open sign off.
Apparently, they close at 8:53 instead of a 10 packing all the food up walked passed me 3 times
After multiple chances, we will not be going back to this subway. The employees understand you about as much as you can understand then. This causes messed up orders Every Time... And they don't seem to care that they do. If you do plan on going there, which I highly suggest you don't. Be ready for them to Not have at least one ingredient you want, wether it's the bread or the sauce or anything in-between. They Will put ingredients on that you didn't ask for and insist that you did...and if you're going to order hot and cold sandwiches, they Will bag them together.
This place has seriously gone down hill. They basically do whatever they want. So much for having it made the way you want. I asked for buffalo chicken and apparently they were out so without asking me, the lady put chipotle sauce on and told me it was close enough. I told her she should run it by the customer next time to make sure it's ok. It's not what I wanted but decided to go ahead and try it. I asked for provolone cheese. The lady walks away and comes back with a bottle of cheese sauce. I caught her in time before she squirted it all over my sandwich. I asked her what she was doing and she responds by saying I said I wanted cheese sauce. I said I would like a little bit of ranch, so she proceeded to drown my sandwich in it. I used to really like Subway but it's not what it used to be. By the time I got my food I ended up paying 15 dollars for a sandwich that wasn't what I really wanted and was falling apart.
3 stars because the food was great on 3 separate visits! And they were kind to my daughter. Lost 2 stars because Subway took away the $7 any footlong. I haven't bought Subway in years because of the price. It's my favorite sandwich shop and the $7 deal made me buy Subway 3 times in 10 days. Now that it's gone, so is my business. Stupid thing to do Subway.

This location never has ranch available through the app, doesn't participate in coupons, and closes more than 30 min before the actual closing time.
We went in to have dinner. Both the ladies work were incredibly rude. When my husband told her on the menu it says 2X the cheese. Her response was this is what you get. At that point after having such a long day we didn’t have the energy to argue with it . All we know is We will not be back. We will also let other’s know not to come here.

1. This Subway does not accept coupons
2. They don’t have all the ingredients of other subways (they no longer stock either of the cheeses I used to put on my subs and sometimes they don’t have my chicken either)
3. Seems to be a lot of frequent miscommunication between me and the workers.
4. They rarely replace the syrup in the soda machine and the other non-soda options don’t get restocked at all.
5. The store is pretty dirty.
Tl;dr No coupons, no cheese, no meat, no communication, no soda, no tea, no cleaning

This location doesn't accept Subway coupons that come with the grocery store ads in the mail. I think that's unacceptable so this Subway doesn't get my business.
We only live down the road and had gotten subway coupons in mail, just so you know this location told me yesterday it takes absolutely NO coupons. They made me feel weird for even asking there was a man there an lady there yesterday and they both made me feel unwelcome. They also didn't listen properly when I ordered my food and when it came out they had made a mistake by making 2 foot long diapers when I asked for one again they made and looked at me funny like it was my fault. This location has absolutely no costumer service and is all about just getting you out their doors. It's sad we only have one subway for a bit of distance now we and our other family members will no longer be going to this location. To make someone feel bad for using coupons is messed up they have no idea how that made me feel and they didn't seem to care really. Got charged over 30 dollars for 2 footlongs, one cold cut and one B.M.T toasted, 2 bags of chips and a footlong dipper, so before you go here make sure you are ok with paying Penn station prices for subways "quality" sandwiches. Save your money and health jus go to pen station they also have cold sandwiches and they don't make you feel like crap for coupons. Not everyone can afford 30 bucks for 2 sandwiches, we didn't even get drinks guys just idk 😐 this location had me speechless now I just want the community to know they're sending out stuff but not accepting it.
