I love the cantina menu but this chicken taco is funky funky funky. I dont have time to waste going back up there to wait in line and have them make it right only to get the same funky chicken.
I usually go to the one in fenton at around 2am and it's always fast fresh and service is great I live 2 mins from the one in High Ridge and it always has issues. They need to get with fenton and figure out what they need to do to be more consistent.
I don't think I will attempt this one for a long time I'm tired of wasting my money and throwing away pricy tacos.

Parking: Not many in the drive thru. They actually listened to what I ask for and gave me what I ask for this time.

Easily one of the worst Taco bells I've ever experienced. Whether it's drive thru or dine in the food is never fresh. The chalupa shell is cold and chewy. The food is always cold and basically dry. The staff is unprofessional and trained very lousy. They'll get by but they don't deserve even one star.

Young manager can't remember his name. He's a real jerk...I will find out and update. Made me wait 20 minutes to return all my food and money. Employees like this do not need to deal with the public

This has got to be one of the shitiest places ever rude people only want you to use kiosk then over 20 minutes and order still wasn't even ready after asking twice manager ask if we wanted refund we said yes he put it back on our card no apology just walked away we wont be back....
Went through the drive thru. My order was correct. This was approximately 7pm. By 11:15 I had full blown food poisoning! Never again.

It's very clear the late night staff on the weekends are not happy about the fact they have a job, and they make it the customers problem. Instead of making fresh food they used clearly many hours old product with terrible portion size because they didn't want to drop fresh potatoes. The chicken was also extremely old and hard, nearly inedible. Atrocious experience.

This Taco Bell has the worst night shift imaginable during the day it’s pretty decent but the night staff is extremely rude and slow and the food quality is horrible they don’t care about customers whatsoever I wouldn’t go to this Taco Bell ever again. Management and employees definatley need to be retrained
