Disgusting. Food made slow as Christmas. Forgot our drink cups (mediums) had to wait at the counter forever before being acknowledged. Received Small cups. Said forget it! Walmart employees ripping weed outside and coming in being so disrespectful. Rank. Do not recommend!
I’m not even sure why we keep going back. It gets worse every time. To be as expensive as it is you would think they would have grace. My Crunchwrap supreme was almost completely empty to where only once side was actually filled.
There's no reason it should take over 15 minutes just sitting at the drive through order box before somebody even takes my order.
Absolutely sucks, 2 times in a row a whole order was missing. Manager is completely rude. Food cold and missing items as well.
Hibs and i went here and the food was absolutely horrible. Thrown together looked like they didnt care about presentation of the food. Skimpy on their loaded beef nachos. Just all around disappointed. Better off driving to another taco bell either in fenton or house springs!
To the Taco Bell in high ridge, you suck! Missing items…tacos falling apart…paper in the bag that says call the manager and they will make it right 🤣🤣 she said there was nothing they can do. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to
Manager is only worried about drive thru because she's worried about her bonus check for free vacation from the company she's not a goid trainer not a fun manager everyone is so unhappy here be happy Midwest lmao your representation for your town sucks

This store is by far the worst. From poor customer service (being ignored), a trash heap of a kitchen, food comes out 20 minutes after you order because “drive through customers get served first”. I was served tacos with broken shells (everything thrown in the wrapper and soggy fries. When asking to get it fixed I had eyes rolled and an attitude for a response. This store needs new management or to be shut down.
The delinquent teenagers in the kitchen on the weekend have horrible customer service. They are forgetful, unfriendly, and unprofessional. They are easily distracted by other customers and completely ignore buying customers. Sweet girl with red hair came to help us, but the male teenagers are the problem.

I’m don’t know who the kid was in the drive thru tonight around 9:30pm, but he was an absolute delight with the most amazing customer service and all the food was fresh and correct! Just want to make sure it is known how amazing he was!!
thursday night, 2/27, i made a mobile order and waited in drive through for 17 minutes. at the window, there was no apology or anything, just got handed the food without a word. i suppose my karma is finally coming for me - i remember being a 16 year old working my first job at tb and being rude to customers lol.
anyways. when i got home we found one item missing but otherwise they got our order correct.
Waited 30 min for food on the inside. Manger is on focused on Drive thru. She would not help the one person doing Dine in orders at all until I told him there was a bunch of people waiting for food in the dining room. The drive-through side had the one person making dining room orders going and getting them supplies so they could continue to get out orders. They proceeded to help get the newest orders out while I still waited an extra 10 minutes along with another lady with a DoorDash order who waited forever. This is not on the staff. This is totally on the management. She needs to do a better job.
If I want taco bell I always go this location! The accuracy with a lot of substitutions in my order is beyond appreciated with dietary restrictions. Management has always been kind, the staff is friendly, and the food is very good!!
I have had good food from here and on occasion I've gotten stale shells but usually the staff is friendly.
