New to the area and wasn't happy with my food or order this evening. Food wasn't all their ,fries cold, ask for no pickles and got pickles on all the other sandwich never got the chicken sandwich guess they was out that to like they was the tomatoes on their burgers 🤣 .

I work right next door and use the app to be quick but almost everytime I do they have both there lobby doors locked and I refuse to walk through the drive thru
We have done this for 5 or 6 years now, and the last two they keep taking the decorations down and cleaning up before 9:00. It just seems like they're trying to rush you out of there. If you take reservations until 9:00 then maybe you shouldn't take the decorations down until after 9:30. We had an 8:30 reservation and by 8:45 they were pulling the tablecloths off and putting up the decorations. It made us feel like we were being rushed.

First time to go to White Castle's Valentines Day experience. It was fun and everything that I had expected with the exception of the temperature. It was pretty cold outside but it was still chilly inside. Fun experience but would have been better if warm inside restaurant.

Ordered a 30 pack mix plain sliders and cheese burgers. Saltiest burgers I ever had been eating them for 55 plus years tonight was my worst experience tasted nothing a white castle
