They have great food with great prices. I've never been disappointed with anything that I've ordered. It's a cozy little place. I love that they play Christian music and it's a very welcoming environment. All of the staff are very warm and friendly. Highly recommend and would love for them to add a restaurant in Potosi.

I love going into Cool Beans because it is a cute little cafe that has a family atmosphere. They have new specials every week and my favorite is the turkey bacon avacado on pretzel bread. My favorite special is the pickle grilled cheese. Yum! I highly recommend.

Lady was very rude when she brought out an iced coffee and we had ordered hot. We explained to her we wanted hot coffee. She then said we are not Starbucks and he needs to specify if it’s hot or cold which he did! Ridiculous the way she talks to customers, then we she brought back right drink she slammed it on table and walked away with an attitude! Very rude environment!! 100% don’t recommend!!

It was a really nice cozy little place until some snotty woman from the kitchen had an attitude about a mistake on an iced coffee that shoulda been hot. I’ve been self employed since 2006 and NEVER treated a customer like that.

I spent a few hours at Cool Beans Cafe today while working remotely. The people were incredibly kind and welcoming. The coffee was great and food was terrific. Was a great place to spend my morning!

I went here for the first time this morning. The cashier was very friendly. I ordered the avocado toast, and a boba milk tea to go. They were pretty busy for a Friday at 10:30 am! Took about 15 minutes, so not bad at all to get the food. The toast was great, as was the boba tea! I will definitely be back!
