Fries were cold, I ordered my hot spicy chicken with no lettuce, and it came with lettuce on it, kids are running these restaurants, and playing games throwing ketchup packs at customers, how terrible 😔
I placed an order a few weeks ago at the kiosk and a manager named Lucas was very helpful and attentive to me and my friends. he cashed us out at the counter, gave us our cups, the staff gave us our food quickly, correctly, and all with a smile!
I went through the drive thru late last night, not realizing they were about to close. The workers that were there were very friendly. The had me pull up to the second window while they made our food. When the worker brought the food to the window, she was very friendly and was smiling. The food was hot and fresh. I wanted to thank them for not treating us badly and staying professional since we ordered so close to closing time. We appreciate you!
