First time at Saucey’s was amazing. Paige was our server and she was AWESOME!!! We got the Deluxe hand tossed pizza and a small side salad with blue cheese dressing. The salad was huge, enough for two and fresh greens, which I love. The Deluxe Pizza was wonderful. It was cheesy and Love the sauce and crust and ingredients!!! My boyfriend got the “Smitcher” which is a small pitcher holding 2-1/2 beers for $4 dollars. You can’t beat that!!! Best pizza we’ve had in a long time!

I ordered a large pizza and an order of toasted ravioli online from your Hillsboro location on the 2nd at around 1:50pm and I had called back around 5:50pm because I was wanting to know where my order was at. The person that I talked to on the phone said that the delivery driver had came out to my house and no one answered the door so they left. I asked if I could get them to remake the order and they said no that they were not going to remake it and that I would have to reorder the food. I asked if I could get a refund since I didn’t get my food and they told me that it was not their policy to give refunds for orders if the delivery could not be made. I am extremely unhappy about this fact and I want to let everyone know that I will be telling every single person that I know not to ever order any food from you again because that is creamy unprofessional and not at all about making the customer happy whatsoever! I can not believe that your policy is such that I would not be able to get a refund when I didn’t hear them at my door if they even showed up at all because I have pets and I did not hear them letting me know that there was anyone at all at my door and they let me know any time at all if there is someone here but apparently they didn’t this time only. The order was for $45.40 that is a lot of money that I would have at least liked back if I was going to have to reorder the food in order for it to be redefined out to my address. I feel like I should have at least gotten a full refund if not at least a partial one.

The waitress was talking very loud the entire time and across the restraunt. There is not enough room to play pool. The sweet tea tasted burnt. There was more onion then anything else in the philly cheesestake sandwich, and burnt fries. My calzone was half the size of the other Saucy's restraunts. They did remake my calzone. I have been to the Catawissa and Cadet location, those are absolutely amazing. I do not recommend this location!

We order from here once or twice a week and it's normally really good but Saturday august 30 at 4pm we ordered 3 pizzas and wings. The Greek pizza was so soggy with garlic butter it was unedible. The box is soaked as well. For an 8 dollar delivery fee and 1 50 service fee the food should be consistent everytime. We spent almost 80 bucks on 3 pizzas and some wings and were disappointed. I'm sorry but we won't be ordering fir awhile. Consistency is key. I'd suggest having a talk with whoever was cooking around 4pm yesterday and explain to them how important it is for food to be made perfect everytime.

Apparently BIG Parties are more more important them people trying to order dinner for their families. wmwe all pay for what we order and it should be first come first served. I never review places but to me customer service is top priority and I did not receive that.

Great pizza place in Hillsboro, Mo. The wait staff serving tables at lunch was very young but they were very polite, and did well. I had their greek salad, which was full of toppings. The pizza looked amazing. Typical pizza place with some games and lots of space and a bar. Definitely worth a visit.
