The app wasn’t working correctly so I didn’t think I would get my discount. The manager took my order and made sure that I got the same discounts I would get on the app. Great service! Drinks were made perfect.
Made two separate orders. The first one was approximately $23 sat there and ate and I couldn't even get a cup of ice water without having to pay for it. The second order was about $30. Get all the way back to my son's house and realize half of his food is gone. Not even in the back. I was so upset and disappointed. I called up there and they told me. Oh well you can come up here and get another hamburger. Well I think they should replace the whole entire order and choose...
I had trouble with this sonic in the past messing up my order and having cold food but I've heard there is new management and staff and I decided to give it another chance. I've been back a couple times now and Im glad I did bc the food was AMAZING AND FRESH and I got my food in a short time. My Car hop was very friendly and made sure to read back my order to make sure everything was correct. I'll be back again.
