Visited from out of town, staff went above and beyond to make my 5 year old something nutritious for breakfast. 10/10 the sweetest girls working. Coffee is freshly ground and tastes delicious.

Stopped by after visiting one of the trails for a light brunch and was greeted by friendly staff and a cute and quaint atmosphere. I tried their Holy Toast and my mom got their Avocado Bliss Toast and both were delicious. Their Matcha Latte and Ice Latte (I added Lavender) were also very good. Would definitely recommend!

I've been looking for a coffee I liked for some time but couldn't quite find the right bean or blend. Issac was very helpful directing me to the perfect brew. This is a great coffee and roasting house, with an inspirational back story.

This coffee is amazing! Best espresso I’ve had ever! The service was amazing too! I had a pumpkin spice latte and my hubby had the americano they both tasted so smooth, not burnt, not too sweet. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

We’ve been coming to the Branson area almost annually for over 20 years, and always have a great time and leave looking forward to returning. This year we looked for something not on our long list of regular places for breakfast, and found the Hollister Coffee Company. We are thrilled we did! Located on South Business Hwy 65, a block off Downing Street (where the evening crowds are), Hollister Coffee Company is truly a hidden gem. We ran into the owner when we tried the door on Downing Street to what we thought was the coffee shop. He greeted us with a smile, told us the building we were at was his other business where he roasted the coffee beans, and pointed us towards the cafe building a short walk away. Upon entering Hollister Coffee Company we were greeted with a smiling “hello” at the counter by one of the staff. We explained we were looking for something “breakfasty” and were pointed to the substantial menu on the wall. I saw things like Avocado Bliss Toast, Monkey Business Toast, Power Waffle, Almond Toast, Avocado Bowl, Club Sandwich, Toasted Tuna and others, as well as a long list of Protein Shakes and Fresh Brewed Coffees and Teas, etc. That all looked interesting, and sounded good, but not necessarily something a 67 year old midwesterner would normally order. The person helping me could see I was a little outside my comfort zone, and kindly offered to make us an order of eggs with diced ham and cheese, and toast if we preferred. We looked at the menu again and decided to be adventurous. My wife ordered the Avocado Bowl (sliced avocado, sliced banana, almond butter, sliced almonds, cinnamon, honey and chia seeds) with two slices of locally baked multigrain toast, and I ordered the Power Waffle (24g protein) topped with banana, almonds, peanut butter, cinnamon, honey & blueberries. We both ordered coffees as well. She tried the Daily Grind with a shot of English Toffee and Cream, while I had the Daily Grind with a shot of Vanilla. The found both the Avocado Bowl and the Power Waffle absolutely delicious, and the locally made multigrain toast was by far the best we have ever had. To top it all off, the Hollister Coffee Company has an inviting and warm atmosphere, located in a well lit and spotless venue. When I found out they had been in Hollister nearly 8 years, I was amazed this was the first time we’d found them. We will definitely be back during this trip and on trips to come. It is a place not to be missed by those who love great food, exceptional service and outstanding coffee.

Cute little shop with a drive thru in charming Hollister! Coffee is delicious and service is speedy. Little bit tight turn though and we were blocked in the drive thru by a large box truck making a delivery to the restaurant on the next street over. Good coffee, beware of drive thru traffic jams.

Parking: It's a very small section in front of the shop but there's street parking nearby.
