They need corporate to come in there and help them get properly trained and find out if that's even the case or if there's another issue; lack of employment, resources, machinery, etc.

This place is HORRENDOUS! I ORDERED A HELLO KITTY HAPPY MEAL ON THE APP AND I RECEIVED AN UGLY DONKEY KONG TOY. WHERE THE FLIP IS MY HELLO KITTY! THEY ALSO HAD A HELLO KITTY POSTER ON THE WINDOW. WHAT IS THIS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. GIVE ME MY FLIPPING HELLO KITTY TOY FINNA SUE YOU. IT ALSO TOOK AN HOUR TO GET MY FOOD AND THESE FRIES ARE COLD! ALSO I ONLY GOT ONE THING OF FLIPPING FRIES, WHERE ARE MY OTHER FRIES!

Aweful service. Me and my husband ate inside took 20 mins for a mcvalue meal (a double cheeseburger, 4 nuggets, and fries) and a plain single cheeseburger. When brought out the lady (I’m assuming manager because she was yelling at other employees) just threw our food down. My husband was missing his 4 piece nuggets so he went up told her about it and she had so much attitude about then when he finally opened his burger it wasn’t even a double just a single. He didn’t even bother going back up there because of her attitude. Aweful service, someone needs to sit down with her and teach her customer service again.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Was in the drive through line for over 15 min to pick up a mobile app order, once at the front at 10:33 am to order they refused to honor my breakfast order. Wildly though the person right in front of me had a breakfast app order that was honored at 10:32 (could see the screen from behind them). Highly think my order was refused due to my name being “Juan” im sure the car in front of me had a more palatable name for this establishment.

Had a muffin it was burnt black all around the edges. So I ate the meat and threw muffin away.

Not wanting to be negative but ordering ahead and waiting 11 mins at the window, at 7:30 am for an Egg McMuffin is crazy. This isn't the first time either. This location runs counter to McDonalds reputation of efficiency - almost every single time I visit.

1st nobody up front unless you yell out to get attention. Most of the cup lids dispensers are empty. The ketchup dispensers are for decoration only . No napkins in dispenser. All of our fries were cold. Worst McDonald's I have ever been in.

Why don’t they have a case of napkins on a shelf in the back.
Store manager forget to order them?
Unforgivable.
Go buy some napkins at the grocery store for your customers.
