Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Went looking for a nondairy sub for our pizza. They went out of their way to get us the discount we had been sent by papa Murphys. Way to go, we will go back. Excellant pizza that didn't taste like a cardboard cheese substitute. You have earned our business on a regular basis.

I am very picky about pizza. Papa Murphy’s is the best! Fresh, with whatever you want on it just the right amount of herbs. And I can bake it at home whenever I decide I want to fix it!

Always good. Never any complaints. Is a bit on the pricey side but hey when it's fresh ingredients daily that's how the hammer swings and I'm okay with that. Shout out to them for all their hard work.

The younger girl who has black hair & a black nose ring had an attitude and was very rude/unwelcoming as soon as I walked through the door at about 6:30pm. I got so frustrated I walked back out to compose myself & walked back in to order my two pizzas just for them to make them wrong. Not only that but while I was waiting someone else also called back in to complain about her attitude. Since it was 7pm once my pizzas were done i decided to just leave it alone & reach out to the manager today. The manager did apologize & he did give us a credit for one of the pizzas. I did ask about hair nets because my daughter pulled a black hair out of her mouth after taking a bite of her pizza. We all have brown hair. However, he said they don’t need to wear hair nets as long as the hair isn’t over their shoulder.

This location apparently does not honor any deals except the Tuesday one, so it is frustrating to go in there and find out the deal you want is unavailable. The service is poor, especially the females. I asked for help to make an online order and was told by the young female employee that she is not familiar with the online ordering as she proceeded to make the pizzas and ignore me. Each time I have been in there her attitude is unhelpful and rude. The older female worker is not much better. The wait time is always horrible and lately their pizza quality has been less than the best.

Poor customer service. Unfortunately, the staff was rude and with being the only customer walking in was told that it would take 15 minutes to make a cheese pizza that I had to go home and bake. Walked out with nothing.
