I would like to get a special shout out to Charles. He made our drinks and food very well. He said he took it upon himself to make our food and he did an outstanding job. Customer service was phenomenal. Will be coming back.
Had a hard time understanding the gentleman who took my order, but he got it correct. Thanks to some deals I didn’t know about, my meal (a plain cheeseburger, pretzel with cheese, and small hot fudge shake) came to $6.51! Was very happy with the price and the value, as well as the speedy service. I’m sad MN doesn’t have more in my area!
The wait wasn't bad, but it took the new person a while to get our order in. She either couldn't hear us or hard of hearing. She also wasn't clear with her words, but maybe it was because she had a speech impediment. I do think she did the best she could do, but maybe just needs to work on being more clear with her words and also learn the ordering system. Overall, it is super friendly and helpful. The bathroom needed cleaned badly.
