Took 30mins to get through line but sometimes you wait at Subway. When I finally got to order, I asked that they toast the bread. When I got my sandwich it was not toasted. Place is clean enough but would like to see the staff work on better service!

Subway always provides a great sandwich. Fast food has become very pricy since the pandemic. That being said, $12 to $14 for a subway sandwich still seems kinda high for me. Possibly because it's near Branson, Mo almost everything (price) was escalated. Be sure to pack all your necessities. If you don't, you will pay dearly for them.

This place, as in again this visit, consistently cheats the customer by subtle reduction in product quantity. If you want a salad with super thinly sliced veggies. Paltry amounts of each ingredient with the majority being the iceberg lettuce (very cheapest cost for company) not fully filling the bowl then this is the place for you. Fools and their money part ways at this store. Go elsewhere!Vegetarian options: Wasted my money here. Had I noted the quantity prior to arriving home, would have certainly turned around, went back, demanded my money back and went elsewhere. They count on people rolling over and taking it. Corporate greed and poor customer service.

I came for dinner at around 6 pm. The food was good, but the customer service was awful. The lady that took my order was very rude. The gentleman was great that finished my order.

My wide and I came in last night on 12/22/2023. Austin was the only person working there and he did an AMAZING job! This man deserves a raise or promotion with a generous raise! He has such a great attitude and is able to communicate well and hold conversations!

Nothing good to say. Definitely don’t place a mobile order as they will put everyone else walking inside in front of you even though you’re sitting there waiting for 30 minutes.

Every time I've been here I've been disappointed. The most recent time I walked in around 7:00 pm, only one other customer in the entire store, I walked up to the counter and the lady, not politely at all, said they had a bunch of mobile order sandwiches they had to make before she could even take my order, I always thought your in person customers standing at the front of the like should be addressed right away no matter what. I waited around for about 10 minutes, still didn't even look up at me or the other guests coming in, so I just left.EDIT: Returned again 11/12/2023 after placing a mobile order. Said it would be ready by 6, I showed up after 6 (30 mins after placing order) and they hadn't even started on it yet, and we're once again telling people coming in that they couldn't get to them yet because they had mobile orders to make first, so I guess you're screwed whether you order ahead or not. I also ordered a 12 pack of cookies and they were completely out of cookies and could not give me a refund. They were also out of wheat bread. And don't even think about going through the drive-thru, you will be waiting a ridiculous amount of time. Last time I'll be coming here. Get it together subway.

Every time I order something online it's always messed up and I have to turn around and go get it fixed. The one older lady always has an attitude with me. Today I ordered online once again since my work is close and I get lunch for everyone. My order was supposed to be done by 12:35 I show up and ask after waiting for 5 minutes and got a snotty remark "if it's not on the rack we're still working on it." They haven't even started my order and i ordered at 12:04 So I sat down and waited for another 15 minutes and drove back to work. Both sandwiches weren't toasted and not cut. One had stuff on it that wasn't asked. My power blend bowl had no spinach, I asked for both extra onions and tomatoes and barley got any.

Haven't been to a Subway in years! After ordering and driving up to the window the lady said I got a free cookie with my order and gave two options to choose from. I made my choice and she got my order. Preparation didn't take long at all. After I got my order and drove away, I looked at everything and saw she gave me both cookie options! Thought that was very sweet and figured it deserved a good review. It the little things in life that keep you smiling and that made my night. :)

I've never had a good experience at this store. I just waited an extra 20 minutes for order even though I ordered a head of time. So it took them about an hour to make our 4 sandwiches. Then I get home a realize they didn't even include our chips. I tried to call them to have them refund my card and wouldn't you know it they aren't answering. There was not a soul in that store when I left.

Since Jeff has taken ownership this Subway has tremendously improved in all areas!! The customer service, the food quality and prep, the cheerful atmosphere and the overall experience of Subway is excellent! Whether completely slammed or just a few customers, the subway artist are sure to converse and make sure they are preparing your sandwich to your perfection!! This is a must stop for lunch!! Brand name with local, down to earth cafe feel!!

only giving a 1 star cause i cant leave a no star rating, do not order form this subway, they are a bunch of incompetent idiots who can't do their job right, and are a complete joke, order a toasted blt and got home and had, a loaf of bread with mayo and cold bacon, threw it right in the trash, never going back again
