Horrible service! Went through the drive-thru. Took FOREVER! Realized they didn't get it right. Went in to get it fixed. Several employees just standing around and no one would acknowledge I was at the counter. Horrible horrible service

i ordered 6 crunchy tacos when i got my order there was only 5. and they wanted to charge me over 20.00. the advertise price was $1.99 each. everyone was so broken I have to eat them with a spoon. The service at the hollister mo. store sucks big time. I will not return to this store and I will share this complaint on my FB page and every local page I can find. Tried charging me $21.00 for 6 tacos.

The cashier who was working tonight in the drive-thru needs a training of food handling. She don’t know or have common sense about she can’t touch food with her fingers after handling money. When she was trying to close the lid of my baja blast freeze that she overfilled, she got wet her fingers with my drink pressing it mutiples times. When I told her to change my drink she got annoyed and at the end she closed the window on my face. Employee was rude and unhygienic.

This is by far the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. All of our food was neatly prepared and wrapped. The dining room was well maintained. Definitely recommend

Rude to DD drivers and items forgot on a simple order. If you don’t want to make tacos don’t work at Taco Bell- you literally signed up for this. 👍🏼

Revising my review.A joke, even for fast food, and I promise it is everything but fast. This place isn't worth it even if they gave the food away. I waited an hour stuck in line for practically meatless food that cost over $40. After 7 years of living here I've watched this stores customer service and food quality do nothing but decline. From the employees openly telling me they hate being there while handing out food at the drive thru, to the amount of beef in my tacos being so minimal is almost vegan. Today was the last straw and I'll drive in to branson from now on, tourist traffic is worth it to actually get my food.

There was only one other table when we came in and the guy taking orders at the window refused to take an older gentleman’s order at the counter and told him he could leave if he couldn’t use the kiosk. Should never be allowed to turn away paying customers. Poor customer service

Very disappointed. There was a little old lady working the windows who was the only one doing her job. There was 3 different employees (2 women and 1 guy) just standing there at the register on their phones doing nothing. It took us 20 mins to get 2 tacos and a nacho with not a single car infront of us. The nachos had like a crum of meat on it thats it. Will not ever return to this taco bell!
