So besides spending 30 minutes waiting for fast food, they are out of Baja Blast most of the time and when I do get it, it seams very watered down. My items are often wrong and not what I ordered. I use the app so I know it’s not a miscommunication thing.

I bought a combo and it came with a burrito and I asked for no refried beans. It was a sad looking burrito.. I could have made a rolled up tácito out of it . The taco was light .. it's like they are rationing what goes in . It was as if they only put meat in as flavoring .

It's Taco Bell. On the first Friday night of spring break. During dinner rush. So basically what you would expect.
BUT I do want to say that there are 2 employees I interacted with who really stood out. Unfortunately, I did not catch their names. Both males, dark hair (that doesn't help much, I know). They were both super helpful, polite, efficient, and seemed like they were doing their absolute best to provide service as quickly as possible during a completely crazy busy time of day. So *cheers* to those guys and I'm sorry idk names so I could give a shout-out.
Ok…I understand drive drives can get backed up and I know lobbies can get crowded. Tonight there were 8 cars in the drive thru. I parked and went in. There were 7 people in the lobby…. 6 of them waiting for their order. No one wanted to take my order so I struggled using the kiosk. Finally, 20 minutes later, I finally got my one burrito and bag of chips. That’s right. They served the whole drive thru (I watched out the window at the vehicle I would’ve been behind) PLUS several more vehicles.
Not only that, but the one dude making the food went and used the register to help someone clock in… typing on the screen with his gloved hands… and then turned right around and went back to making the food with those same exact gloves. EW!

Worst drive thru times I have ever experienced. There is one pleasant person that works drive thru window other than that I've always had rude service. I understand not every franchise can be Chick-fil-A but still.

Don't come here if you are in a hurry. They're slow, then once you get your food, it's always wrong. I'll be going to branson taco bell from now on.
