The Owners of this place Do Not Care about the customers if they did they would have called me back like Cooperate said thy would. By the reviews im Not Sure How any of their Locations are still open. 30 min. to get just two Fish Sandwiches and other people waiting long times for their food as well. People in Drive Trough that have to pull to the side and wait for their food and i was also one of those people for many days at this Location. Hardly any Meat on these sandwiches...read full review
Not sure what’s up with Holts Summit McDonalds lately but service has been AWFUL. Last Sunday we waited a minimum of 15 minutes just to have 1/3 of our order not in the bag (which happenes more times than not but typically we catch it and have to go inside to fix it). We got halfway home and called them and they said they would add my wife’s name to the book so that when we came back we could have the remainder of our order.
