We live in Holts Summit Missouri, where this McDonalds is located. When we want McDonalds (not very often). we drive 10 miles from this location to get our "Mickey Fix". This Mcdonalds is SO BAD. B.A.D. Do NOT try to get food here. P.S. Don't try contacting the manager when they ALWAYS screw up your order - and I guarantee they screw up 99.9% of orders. The "manager" is very rude and just does not care...which is probably why this person works at McDonalds.
They can't get an order right to save their lives. Cold food, incorrectly made, the worst in mid Missouri.

Horrible they are so slow understaffed and how do you run out of food
I wouldn't give them a full star! I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and 3 drinks at 10:57 am.

This McDs has the worst restrooms EVER! Puke in one stall, NO tp in ANY of the stalls, garbage everywhere! If the bathrooms are this bad imagine what the kitchen is like. DO NOT eat here!
I went in to lobby and it smelled HORRIBLE dont eat here all i got was sweet tea and it was NASTY WHAT EVER you do DON'T! eat here

This was the worse run McDonalds I've ever seen. The whole place was dirty including bathrooms and tables. There was water on the floor, the temperature was very hot and the employees didn't bother cleaning up any messes behind the counter. See pictures for reference. We left when we were planning to eat in.
They take forever the food is always disgusting either not cooked all the way or covered in grease. You can wait up to 45 minutes for a meal you might wanna just end up throwing away the staff is rude and they rush you when ordering and get mad if you complain. There’s been mold found on bread coming from this store and etc, save your time and drive to literally ANY OTHER McDonalds.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at the Holts Summit McDonald’s. After waiting over 45 minutes for our food, we opened a Sausage McMuffin to find mold on the bread. That’s a serious food safety issue and should be looked into by the health department.
On top of that, the management was rude and dismissive, and there seems to be a lack of diversity in staffing—very few, if any, women working during our visit.

probably the worst mcdonald's on the planet. i've given this mcdonald's multiple tries because it's the closest to where i live but every time something is wrong with my order and the service isn't even good. most the time employees are rude and i've waited longer than 30 minutes in line when they are not even busy. at this point it's worth it to go into jeff and get food there.

No ice, napkins, straws or ketchup at the self-serve area. Trash overflowing. Cold fries. All this equals terrible service. Won’t go back.

Once we gave them our mobile order, we sat in line for 30 minutes. Yes it was lunch time, but that is just ridiculous. Once the food was brought out to us, the drinks were missing from the order, so the associate went back in to retrieve the drinks, only to come back out and say that the Dr pepper machine was down. Just ridiculous. We left without drinks that day.
Just THE MIST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ever at this McDonalds. Do yourself a favor and just keep going the road and choose some other place!! Ordered the new 2pc Spicy SnackWrap meal. And a Spicy McChicken. The place seemed as busy as you’d expect at 9:30pm, a few people inside and several cars in the drive thru. I had ordered on the app, waited a few minutes and went in. Had to continue waiting for probably between 10 and 15 minutes for my order to be called out. Guy set my bag on the counter and walked away, without offering me the large cup for my drink, so I had to wait for one the kids working to acknowledge I was standing there and give me a cup. Go to the fountain area, no tea containers out, so rather than have to wait again for someone to get my drink at the drive thru, I decided to just get a Coke. Now there’s no large lids stocked, so BACK to the counter and wait to be acknowledged. A teenager finally notices me, and I hear him say to who I guess was the shift leader, there’s someone at the counter. She tells him ‘we’ll go ask him how you can help him’. He comes up, I tell him about no lies stocked at the fountain, he goes over to the drive thru and comes back and hands me about 8 large lids, and asks ME to go put them where they belong!!!! REALLY??!!!! So I do, and leave. Drive back to my job…start to take food out of the bag and eat, and then I get really PISSED!!! My large fries are cold and most likely are left over from the main dinner rush, and the McChicken was cold as well, and very dried out! The 2 Spicy SnackWraps were good, could have been a bit warmer temperature wise, but they were nowhere as cold and stale as the fries and McChicken.
The management here, as well as the franchise owner needs to be made aware of the lack of customer service and food quality that their employees are sending out to customers.

We always get a Quarter Pounder (without cheese) for lunch when we're on the road. They have cut onions on them. If you complete their survey, you get a sandwich BOGO.
