The lady that takes the order rushes you to get down with your order and then you get what you did not once you look at your receipt. You already paid for it and you didn't ask for it. So you have to be careful. They add extra stuff on your order.

Gross bathrooms, 20 minutes to receive a cold order. Employees hanging out blasting music in the parking lot, almost thought I was in north Minneapolis. Then had to realize I was 3 states away in MO.
Conveniently couldn't give us a receipt to do the after-order survey, Corp needs to shut this store down and start over.

Thought my friends were kidding about how bad this location was. They weren't. Didn't think much could go wrong with a soda and small fry. Ordered large coke, no ice. Handed me a Sprite. Said no. Handed me a large coke full of ice. SMH

Long wait in drive throughput 3 customers in line left. They were not busy inside or drive thru. That was my ina ten minute time span. Image the revenue they are losing. We left also.

It was a totally bad experience. I ordered a double stack cheeseburger and large fries. Half the fries tasted like they were cooked twice, and the the other half tasted old. The cheese wasn't melted and the burger was sloppy and cool.

The shakes had too much syrup. The first batch of fries were way overcooked and we had to go back and ask to get them. Getting someone’s attention to ask for ketchup was almost impossible. The lady next to us who was waiting on an ice cream cone said no one in town ever comes here because the service is always terrible.
