We dined inside and it was ok. The service was good. We had to clean our table to sit down and eat. They were not too busy. But that's normal for this McDonald's.

Ordered drive thru. Was asked to pull ahead, no problem there. But sat for 15 minutes, watched 3 other pull ahead cars get their orders, plus other drive thru traffic, and mine still wasn't ready. Went back inside, got a refund. Won't be back.

We sat in the drive through for almost 10 minutes, until we said hello to see if anyone was there. A few minutes later someone finally took our order. He said they didn’t have strawberry banana smoothies because the machine was broken or whatever they always say, and when we pulled up to the window there was legitimately a smoothie sitting right there. Awful customer service. They only gave me one cheeseburger when i ordered two, and forgot the ranch. Be better!!!

This McDonald's is mediocre. I ALWAYS am asked to pull forward. I know it's not just me, because there are cars in front and behind me pulled over too. I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of efficiency.

Food was undercooked(still super pink in the middle), buns were super hard, long wait time just for them to give warmed up undercooked food, they putting things onto the sandwich that were specifically asked not to have on there.They are going to end up getting someone sick or hospitalizing someone because they aren’t paying attention. They constantly mess up food. Managers should be doing their jobs better and making sure this food they are giving out is right. They really need to learn how to make food. I’ve never had so many bad experiences at a McDonald as much as I have at this one.

Explain to me how it’s OK that the general manager Shannon sits there and allow racism and racial slurs to her other employees by other employees and say it’s OK in front of customers how is it OK that your general manager Shannon makes fun of a child who is adopted into a family and the child is colored and he’s adopted into a white family and tells him well they’re not your real family And belittles him in every way possible in front of customers and coworkers and she finds it funny and that it’s completely OK. She allows her employees Kaley to make racial comments to other employees and she’s OK with it in front of customers. I think you all need to fix your problem before a huge lawsuit happens because there’s more than enough evidence , more than enough people have recorded your general manager doing the things that she does

This is a good McDonald’s. I have never had a bad burger from here every now and then they’ll mess up your order but that’s normal for McDonald’s.
