Ordered a pizza at 630 said 7 delivery. Called a couple times. Said new delivery at 745 went to store at 815. Got refund. No apologies or nothing to try and make it right. Terrible customer service!

Order was delivered 45 minutes plus late. Called local Pizza Hut. The girl who answered said they were aware the driver was behind. She didn’t care my food was going to be so late and cold. I placed the pizza delivery order to have a quick meal because the kids had games. So much for them eating before their game. Very disappointed in the poor customer service

Pasta was dry and flavorless pizza was over cooked and cut wrong after I said please cut into squares there lucky the wings were okay
Food was not done like the app said it was and had to wait 15 mins past time of food saying it was ready and the some of the food was

The staff waskind however the price was so much higher that the 14.99 he quoted when I asked the price while on the phone with him. Good food but just too expensive for me.
