Always forget sauce packets when I ask for them and take 20+ minutes or longer on promised order times. I just had an order that was over an hour later than promised.

Spent $20 and waited over 15 minutes just to get cold food. Food was put together sloppy and the cheese in my burritos weren’t even melted it looked like string cheese. I wouldn’t even want my dog eating what they gave me, but I guess that’s what you get when you get fast food. This place just opened not too long ago and I’m sure won’t last for too long for obvious reasons.

I had heard good things about this taco bell but was disappointed in our first visit. We tried the new nuggets that look nothing like the picture. Really dry and weird colored. Kids even turned them down. Didn't include the sauce either The drink we ordered was clear as water and had to get a new one. Most of the other stuff was good and they were decently fast.

Went through drive through for dinner tonight. They forgot one of our meals and Chris ran out the door and yelled for me to come back. I didn't see him at first, so he ran to the other sode of the building and was waving his arms to get my attention. All to make sure we weren't missing food. 😊

Employees don't even acknowledge that there are customers in the store and when you try to get their attention, you get met with a big sigh or just a stare. This happens all the time..I'm just one person writing a review, I deliver for uber eats and doordash and I'm in there all the time and I see how the people react to walking in the store and cant get help. Late at night, the crew working are so stoned they are lucky the place don't burn down...these aren't "just accusations " they have said that while I was in the store.

I just moved here and ordered food from this Taco Bell 5 times and 4 out of 5 times they didn’t get my order right. I was misssing stuff out of my orders 4 out of 5 times! Get your stuff together guys!

I placed my mobile order online and got it pretty quickly. I decided to place another order but I wanted to ask the shift manager on duty if I could make a modification to my burrito (app wouldn't allow it). He looked at me, sighed, and said "Yeah I guess we can do that" and walked away rudely. They didn't even end up making the modification that I requested but I didn't want to argue with the ignorant jerk so I said screw it. My thing is that if you don't enjoy your job, don't do it! I worked at Taco Bell for almost four years and I never treated people that way. Our management would've fired us on the spot for pulling something like that. The shift manager guy had shorter curly hair and was working the night shift on 8/6 around 7PM.
There were also 3 different people that complained about missing items in their order within a good 30 minute time frame. I'm not sure if the Taco Bells around Jeff City are run by the same company (franchise) but they are absolutely awful with customer service. I don't know how they pass audits (used to be a thing once upon a time) where corporate Taco Bell would inspect the stores thoroughly. They must not do that anymore. Don't waste your time or money on any of the Taco Bells in Jefferson City. Go somewhere else and you'll be a lot happier.
