Waited 5 minutes to order and 20 minutes to get our food that was messed up the only thing right was the drinks and one taco we ordered 6 tacos. Never coming back ever again

Use to be good when they came to town. Now it seems like all the McDonald's workers work here. Order isn't even close to what you get. Foods cold, order is never correct anymore. You better check your order in the drive through before you pull away. This place is just as sad at McDonald's in this town.

Got 2 soft tacos. One barely had anything on it, the other was fine. Taco shell on both was soft in the center but hard on the edges. Atmosphere inside - marginal, but ok as far as clean. Just not a huge fan of Taco Bell anymore. Quality has gone way down while prices went way up. But it's Holts Summit, not many choices here for a quick bite.

Order took forever again and instead of putting the 4 luxe bixes in boxes or even separate bags, they shoved everything in one big bag. Some bald kid that wasn't even in a uniform was working the register, then loudly hanging outside the front door smoking and talking to friends. Get your act together Taco Bell, very trashy

This Taco Bell is not worth your time or money. The tacos were barely filled with meat and lettuce. I ordered the fresco tacos and was disappointed. We also got a chalupa supreme and it too was barely filled with food and the shell tasted old. And they missed three double decker tacos from our order and my husband had to go inside to get them. They also didn’t give us one of the sauces we paid extra for.
I never get what I order and the burritos usually have all the ingredients on one side

Normally this Taco Bell is actually really good but recently they have been taking along time to get orders out. Tonight specifically somehow they ran out of beef…I don’t know how a Taco Bell runs out of beef but it’s okay things happen, however our tacos that we got had literally nothing in them maybe around 2 things of lettuce and 2 pieces of steak, really sad, it used to be so good
