How can I say this, I had business in Hopkins, MO which only lasted around 10 minutes but left my wife off at Highway 148 Cafe where we figured to have lunch after I got done. When I came to eat with her after my business was complete I decided to order the catfish. Normally it comes on a bun but just wanted the catfish with tarter sauce. Honestly who would think that a small out of the way restaurant would have the best catfish I've ever eaten. It was unbelievable.

Wife and I stopped here today, 02/15/2018 on our way to see friends near New Market, IA. Had their grilled tenderloin with fries and a side special. Very fast service, friendly staff and very good food at very reasonable prices! If you're in the area, it's definately a place to visit.
