My husband stopped but there to grab some dinner. He asked the guy at the drive thru ..he said I want some Cod and some Catfish what the best way it comes...The worker said I don't know look at the menu and figure it out..so he ordered and then at the drive thru window he was told to drive around.y husband asked why? The he says in case someone else comes..well no one else ever came and he could had stayed at the window. He was very rude...So our fish is a lot greasy this time around. Cole Slaw is good and tarter sauce.

Been a while since we've been here because we don't live close and craving seafood without the high price. Food is fast and fresh. Really great customer service and a super clean environment. Way to go for fast food or a good meal!

Absolutely phenomenal service honestly couldn't have asked for better from the ladies working here today. The foor was hot fresh and fast which is very rare. This crew working today has earned this 5 star review all the way and either their franchise owner or corporate should recognize them for how polite and completely genuine the staff is here

came in to store at a little before 9 pm store closes at 10 .Boy at counter that waited on me had an attitude the moment I came in .I asked him if there was a problem and why was he aggravated. He said he was but not with me very unperffectional. Wont be back
I think this place would be much better if the company were actually paying their employees. If anyone is looking to eat at Captain D's, I would totally avoid this one until they start paying their employees again. Until than, I shall take my fast food seafood needs elsewhere.

Captain D’s has an incredible manager who truly sets this location apart. She’s been with the restaurant for years and does an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly. No matter how busy it gets, she remains calm, friendly, and professional while wearing many hats—cooking in the back, working the front register, managing the drive-thru, and even cleaning. Her dedication and positive attitude are unmatched.
The restaurant itself is always spotless, and the food is consistently delicious. It’s rare to see this level of care and service, especially in fast food, but this Captain D’s is a shining example of how it should be done. It restores faith in both great service and humanity. Thank you for such an exceptional dining experience and for showing us that there are still places and people who care!

The batter on the batter dipped fish is almost always too thick and raw. The fish has a strong fishy odor. Sometimes it's really good, but it's usually gross fish at this location specifically. Especially with the afternoon crew. I won't go at all after shift change, but this time we went at close to 1 pm. When this same thing happened before on a different date, I just wanted a refund. The counter girl said they don't do refunds and got on the phone to call corporate or something but was on hold for a few minutes. She said she would take care of it and we didn't have to wait. Well she didn't. So, I don't trust this location or the reviews for the food and staff. It doesn't make sense that there are so many positive reviews for this location but the food almost always has raw doughy stinky fish. And I was never rude to anyone. I'm very nice and have never written a bad review on anywhere before. But some of these workers don't meet the standards that were set for them.

Yall need to give the staff all a raise. They treated me like I was dining in at a legit resturant and not a fast food place. These people, especially that auntie, checked on me several times to make sure the food is good. What fast food place does that nowadays? I almost wish I can tip these folks.
Captain D's is my favorite fast food chain primarily because it dosent taste like fast food. The texture of the fish is very nice, and portions are good. Food is nice and hearty.
