I have been spending my money here for well over a year. I loved when Amy and Derek worked. There always smiles, always happy and people wanting to work.
Like going the extra mile when the line is long and coming outside and taking orders. Unfortunately, now if there are three cars in line I know it's going to take 30 minutes and sometimes I just don't have the time for that. It breaks my heart because I do love local businesses.
They are also constantly running out of muffin tops and menu items which is frustrating.

Fast and friendly service the couple times ive been here. Delicious coffee (I enjoy the blueberry cheesecake frap or Cinnamon Toast Crunch iced coffee). Prices can be a little high but id rather support local than ever spend those prices at a Starbucks (just my personal take)

I live in High Ridge and this 4th of July afternoon my daughter and I decided to go out for an iced coffee… our 2 places in High Ridge were closed so we called up Grind Coffee Co, they were open so we drove down. So glad we did! Our coffees were delicious! The staff was friendly! It was a great experience! Definitely recommend! ⭐️

Amazing little coffee spot and they have tea . They always remember my name and order. My favorite ladies here are, Nari, Liberty, and Caydie. They always greet me with a smile, and make this place so welcoming.

I used to be a regular here, usually here 5 days a week... I sure do miss Amy... Derrick... Savannah... They made this place great. At the bare minimum would be greeted and sent away with a smile. They knew my name, my order, and I considered them to be great people who enjoyed what they did and were great at their jobs.
My final straw was today when I was handed my order and the girl said nothing. Simply greeting your customers goes a long way. I wouldn't be writing this review had this not happened to me multiple times now.
I believe in supporting local but the new atmosphere here is making me not want to come back... I'll just make my coffee at home. The drinks are so inconsistent, I order the same thing I have been getting for years, but it always tastes different now. The egg in the breakfastsandwich tastes overcooked... I've waited in line for 30 mins on multiple occasions, get up to the window, and there's enough people to be able to send someone out to take orders.
Unfortunately I won't be spending my money here anymore.
