We all liked our breakfast, but agreed the biscuits and gravy were out of this world!Great portions, staff is above excellent. They also have a nice gift shop, lots of treasures to be found. We'll be back for those for sure!Thank you for a wonderful first time experience at Betty's.

Stopped for breakfast on a Saturday morning around 9 AM. Wait staff very attentive and friendly. Promptly seated, and there were frequent check-backs while we ate, with offers of water and coffee refills. We arrived at the same time as another large group, so that likely affected the food quality. Unfortunately, our food arrived cold and bread was stale. The small dining area (pretty crowded during our visit) could be improved with better ventilation as the smell of stale cooking and/or cigarette smoke lingered in the air. Hot food and better air quality would boost this review.

If you're going to close your doors at 145. State your hours at 1:45. I saw two older ladies 70+ years old. One of them was probably 90. Get out of the car in 32° weather to come inside to eat. As they are getting out of the car I saw the waitress run over to the open sign and turn it off. As she was in the middle of ringing out three different customers. I mean seriously if you're going to do that at least be courteous enough to stop them from getting out of their car and coming inside. May be in and out of Townes but also a business owner, of multiple restaurants and food trucks this really irritated me. The food was great. And that's really sad that when you have a place with great food they have poor customer service. But I also have to give credit to the waitress because she was nice. But when you have a job and you're there to work to make money you need to do what you can to make money. Especially during these rough times.
