Great staff. Each time we have been here the staff has been great. The food was delivered quickly and had great flavor. The fries needed more salt. The brisket was a little dry but overall I was very satisfied with my meal. My wife got the salad and it had plenty of meat, which she appreciated. This is probably the best place to eat in Houston
Took an out of town friend here for lunch last week. He wore a KC BBQ sweatshirt. Which the server called out first thing... He said that he grew up on great BBQ so he would let them know if their BBQ stacks up.... He had the BBQ pork sandwich and I had the patty melt. The patty melt was delicious the only thing I would change is to serve it on marble rye instead of Texas toast. The BBQ pork sandwich was delicious and past the KC BBQ test.
