Took at least 2 minutes to get someone on drive thru. Then get to the window to get food and pay and it takes at least 15 minutes. This subway is extremely slow

They Did Not Get My Order Correct . So I Called And They Said Just Come Pick Up What Was Missing From My Order Whenever I’m In Town. So I Went There Today And Now They’re Saying They Can’t Do it. After The Fact It Was A Manager That Told Me It Was Okay .

I have been here a few times i love subway but at this one in housten mo is the worst ever the workers are rude as he'll they dont want to work or make your food they want to talk and have fun like its a frat house the owner needs to get people that want to work and get rid of all the kids I see them shutting down in a few years cause they don't know how to treat costumers at all I will not be going back their I will drive to mountin grove for know on

The young girls that work there are terrible, We waited for 30 mins at the window while they was to worried about talking to some boys in the lobby. Do your job ladies.

You wanna talk about rude people. Wow never have I seen it so bad. Owner needs to do an employee audit. That’s for sure. Gonna pass this place up from now on. Just mind blown about the attitudes. Best of luck to this owner. Ok found out it is shift change. The sift leaving is the problem!

They messed up my sandwich, tried to get their attention many times to have it remade. When I finally did they told me I’d have to pay for the mess up and pay for a new one. Even though I told them to keep the mess up. This was “apparently” the GM, she was wearing a dress shirt. This happened around 12:20ish. I’ll never be going there again, terrible experience. Now I didn’t pay for any of it so what was the point of pushing it on me? I would’ve taken it but I have an allergy and couldn’t eat what they had made.
