Had to leave because it took so long. Owner spoke loudly about how much employees get paid.? Waitress did not know what was going on. Watched people come in and get up and leave before even getting greeted. Would not recommend. Food was good but not worth the wait.

A Dim Start to the Day
I had high hopes walking into “At Sunrise,” but unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to its bright name. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger, excited for a classic favorite. What arrived was a mushroom cheddar burger—no Swiss in sight. No explanation, no apology, just… cheddar. A heads-up would’ve been nice, especially since I wasn’t in the mood for surprises.
The service? Let’s just say the host was the unsung hero of the morning. They kept my drink filled and made sure my food actually got to the table. The waitress, on the other hand, was practically invisible. With only four customers in the building, it was baffling to see her so distracted—or maybe overwhelmed? Either way, I felt more like an afterthought than a guest.
The food didn’t redeem the experience. The burger was mediocre, and while I didn’t come expecting gourmet, I did expect better than bland and poorly executed.
On a positive note, the atmosphere was pleasant, with a cozy vibe that made me want to like the place. But sadly, good vibes alone aren’t enough to bring me back. If they can tighten up their service and deliver what’s promised on the menu, they might have potential. For now, though, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my breakfast—or my mushroom Swiss burger.

Today we went there and the service was slow. We waited forever for our food. We ordered biscuits and gravy, loaded homestyle potatoes, and chicken and waffles.
Everything we had was terrible and barely edible. Will not be coming back!

Colleen was EXCELLENT!!! Food is delicious. I have Celiac and got the skillet with no bread, was delicious and I didn’t get sick. Will absolutely be back!!
