Ordered 3 concretes about 1.5 hours before closing they took my orderand money right away but about 40 minutes past and no ice cream I was the only person there at the time and about 5 people working all ignoring me, asked and they were getting it then another 20 minutes past and it finally came out and they proceeded to ask me if I wanted a free soda because it took so long, the cheapest thing there is. Not even half my money back or anything. And the ice cream was half melted...read full review
There is no consistency, I’ve tried 3 times now-
The first time was great, second half the order was wrong or atleast made different than the first time (but was given an icecream with the kids meal apparently it comes with a free treat) third time things were smaller portions than both times, things were still not made the same as the first visit and was told actually we don’t give icecream with kids meals it’s just a drink, fries and meal of choice.

Very disappointed to see how poor the customer service is these days. Badly (or incorrectly) made food, long wait times with no real apology, and deleting negative comments on your posts. Won't be coming back to Bob's Drive in and definitely won't be recommending it anymore.
