Cecil Whittaker's Pizza

Ordered delivery, 72 dollars to wait over 1 1/2 hours for my food. All I got was a sorry not much they can do about it.

This used to be my favorite place to eat but I ordered $80 worth of food last night and it was horrible. Pasta had no flavor, pizza was super dry and barely any sauce and they used to give you a good amount of fried green beans and this time I got a handful. Very disappointed. Way too expensive for food to be that flavorless and dry

I’m not one to leave a bad review but man I Wish I would have read the reviews first!
I remember Cecil Whitakers being pretty good. I ordered a few things but the worst was the pasta con broccoli, the penne noodles are just floating in greasy water! Pretty nasty.

Terrible customer service, the little brunette girl behind the counter was bad mouthing customers after they left. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes past my pickup time. Then they over charged me, my emailed receipt was $12 less than what the printed copy said. No one could get me a refund. Then the food was terrible! Won’t be going back. Cecil’s used to be our favorite pizza place, quality and service just doesn’t exist anymore.

Buyer Beware! No Prices are posted. They have been removed since 2020. The owner is never there! I have sent you (the owner) an email regarding my experiences (plural) with this restaurant. I have called other CWP restaurants (Eureka) to reach out to you about this terrible staff, wrong orders, worst wait times, and I was civil but truthful with my email over a year ago. I expected a professional response from my September email in 2023. I have never had a response to the email for well over a year ago. The prices have been taken down,and not been updated so no one is charged the same price for the same number of toppings and items. SO misleading and dishonest. Customers would leave if they saw the truth in price. I don't believe you or your response to any of these reviews as genuine concern for your representation of your product. You have my email address, phone number, and removed my reviews from Google. God has blessed me from not dying from your raw chicken wings from over a year ago. So there is that blessing.

Food is usually good…but delivery service times are absolutely awful. Make sure you have 1.5-2 hours available to receive your food.

My wife and I ordered a hamburger onion, green pepper, and a bacon. 2 pizzas. I was puking sick within 5 hours and my wife was up most of the night getting sick....what's even worse I came come from work the next day and ate 3 pieces and was sick within 2 hours. Not sure what's going on at this restaurant.

I'm not happy got 3 cheese blend wanted one pizza with and one without they don't even listen to you now I had to buy another pizza for the one they screwed up they have no friendliness just pure comfortation hope they go out of business give me imos pizza they use no gloves and where's my melted provel on my spaghetti

Would give zero stars if I could. I called at 7:15 on a Wednesday night and ordered 2 two topping pizzas, a small Caesar salad and an order of cheese garlic bread. I was told it was an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes. Okay that’s fine. 8:25, pizza still isn’t here… I call the store and I’m told they “should be there any second”. So I say thanks and wait. 8:55, pizza is still not here. Get told the same thing, that it will be right there. Just ended up cancelling the order because I go to bed by 9:30 and we ate cereal for dinner instead. Terrible experience.

got a premium deluxe veggie pizza with half olives, I don't know if they think that means that they should take the olives for one half and add them to the other half or if that means that the pizza should be consisting of half olives but after pulling no joke half a cans worth of olives off the pizza it finally had a normal amount of olives on it but at this point most of the cheese and sauce was missing, I called to get the pizza replaced and they replaced the large with one medium because there's only one half that was messed up and they made me come and pick it up, I took this picture to show to the manager when I got there but he was nowhere to be found so instead of receiving an apology for messing up my order and making me come pick up the remake and getting to see this I guess I'll just have to post it herenfor you all to see.

I so wanted to love having this so close to our house, but just avoid this location....the online system would not allow the coupon selected, so I phoned in the order. My husband went to pick it up, and was told the order was lost, it would take another 30 to 40 minutes to prepare a new order. We'll just go elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would....customer service sucks! Placed an order for delivery, like I usually do. Was told 20 minutes, an hour later still no pizza. I call and find out they had me down for pickup, they can get deliver in an additional 45 minutes. When I said that wasn't acceptable since I've already waited an hour, the rude girl supposedly named "Anna" (doubt that's her name), tells me "well, you can just cancel". What is wrong with owners/management allowing this kind of customer service? It was your screw up! Was already not thrilled with them from the last time I had delivery...there wasn't even enough meat to have a piece of meat on each piece of pizza, and I ordered double meat! Ugh!!!!
