ordered pizza at 12:24 today from imperial location. at 130 called the store was informed theres only one delivery driver. pizzas are placed in a warmer. yum, cardboard pizza. after a 100 excuses I canceled the order. my grandkids wanted pizza, i thought I had the pevely store and ordered at 2:04. nope stupid me, went to the imperial store. was suppose to be here at 3:00. here is is 4:15 no pizza. im sure it will be so yummy any dry.

Do yourself a favor and go to a different location or Papa John's across the street!
Please an order for delivery at 10 til 6. Received my order after 830. When i contacted the store asking about my order i was on hold for over20 minutes. Guy informed me it would be another 30 minutes because they were busy-also said he would ask the guys to start working on the delivery orders-apparently they don’t do orders in the order they are received they do carry out first. After being told it would be a half hour it was another hour and a half. All this after my bill...read full review
