We ordered two specialty pizzas (Extravaganza and Honolulu Hawaiian) and the chicken jalapeno bites. It had been sometime since we ordered from here. The chicken bites were half the size they used to be and were overcooked. The pizzas looked like someone had just haphazardly thrown the toppings on and the cheese was practically nonexistent. Unfortunately, it will be quite awhile before we order from here again.
This is a national chain, so expectations are pretty well established and this location can be very hit-or-miss. We usually order delivery, and one thing we do appreciate is that they still use in-house drivers instead of outsourcing delivery like another nearby national chain.
Delivery times have been wildly inconsistent, ranging from freaky fast to so long that I’ve driven up to pick up the order myself. In one case, a prepaid delivery tip wasn’t refunded...
