We went here again this past weekend. The food is always good and people are great. Keep it up. Some of the best service you can get, hands down.

I thought I had a salad before...But this Spinach Chicken Cranberry salad was fabulous. It had all the right amounts of onion, cranberry, candied walnuts and blue cheese. Perfect amount for 2 people to share, but I don't share my food! So I ate every last spinach leaf. Jayden, in the kitchen, really knows how to toss a salad! G's House salad was a meal for another of our peeps and as you can see he was excited to enjoy it. My daughter ordered the Pesto Spaghetti and felt it was creamy and had the right amount of herbs. She is the only one that got a togo box. Our server, John, was wonderful to. We had everything we needed without asking. Frankie G's is always keeping the best staff!

Frankie G's was one option we chose to do a tasting at to decide who was going to be our caterer for our wedding.
The day of the tasting manager Mike served us. He had a table dressed up for us. The presentation was great. He was very personable, attentive and made it a fun experience. He answered all of our questions and wasn't pushy.
We chose them to be our caterer and they delivered. No complications. No complaints. No issues. Just great service. Everyone raved about the food/service. The venue staff were very happy with them.

This place has some excellent burgers and pastas. Good about giving you a proper wait time so you don’t show up and have to wait longer I appreciate that.

Girlfriend loves the chicken salad, pretty consistent. I've tried to like the burgers but every single one has been dry and chewy.
I don't understand how a 1/2 inch patty can be so dried out. Will pick up the salad and make a burger at home from now on.
We waited at least 10 minutes at the door to even be greeted no one at the desk table wasn't even cleaned off before we got seated when we were finally seated the waitress was unpleasant did not even offer drinks so we left without even ordering very poor customer service will not be going back

I've been going to the Gianino's restaurants my whole life. The past couple of years the portions get smaller, prices go up, and rewards are fewer and far between.
The pictured pizza was nearly $30, used to be $17. Also tried to get some frozen pizzas to go....which were out of stock. While the price on those hasn't raised they're still $10+ for a standard size frozen pizza.
Rewards have pretty much went out the window too. Used to be earned at every $100, then $150, now who knows? A friend had holiday parties there for years and now they're told they can't because the rewards are pretty much nonexistent.
Figure it out. There's no reason to be gouging the way you are. It's always busy and have had regulars forever. How are they rewarded? By getting bent over for an average pizza, lose rewards or don't even get asked for their rewards phone number in the first place. I'm done here until something drastic changes. Otherwise, y'all can have the same fate as when you messed up and lost Scottie's.
