Everything has always been great here. I find it rather pricey, but I was shocked at how big most of the portions are...making it worth it. My severs have always been wonderful. The food was amazing and I've never had any issues with anything.

The pretzel bites are amazing. The Rueben was delicious also. The server was a little slow on getting us drinks and then the check but good service overall. I do need to praise the person who brought out our pretzel bites, (wasn’t our server) they dropped one and made sure to send us two extra! Out to our table!! They went above and beyond and really deserve to be recognized!

Every time I’ve gone here was a disappointment. I have given this place more than three tries. Don’t waste your time or money. Someone told me they own a bunch of businesses that have all gone to pot. My memory fails me as to what companies. I’m sure you could google it, like everything else.

I was in a wedding last week that this establishment catered. The food and the service was terrible. The food was hardly edible and the two older ladies that served the food were nasty and downright rude. Chicken was overcooked and also undercooked..how they managed that I have no idea. Rolls were bricks that even butter couldn't help. Only thing edible was the mashed potatoes and salad. They did not supply salt or pepper or even bowls for the salad. The cutlery they supply is cheaper than the Dollar Tree. My fork broke off in my overcooked chicken. The bride and groom didn't even finish their plates bc the food was so terrible. Hell I don't think anybody finished a full plate. I think it's sad the amount of money you charge people to cater and you deliver such poor quality. I will never recommend your services to anyone and I hope you give those 2 older ladies lessons on customer service or keep them in the kitchen.

We always come to here to get the Chicken Modiga. Yesterday, I purchased the Chicken Modiga for my husband’s birthday and it was HORRIBLE! It looked like a fried chicken with a dash of sauce on it. Yuck! I hope they can rectify this otherwise we will no longer order food from them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Frankie Gianino’s absolutely deserves five stars. The Brussels sprouts and salmon were cooked to perfection—flavorful, fresh, and beautifully plated. Their pizza is also top-notch, with a crispy crust and quality ingredients that make every bite worth it. The service was excellent—friendly, fast, and on point the entire time. Whether you’re in the mood for a nice dinner or just grabbing a pizza and drinks, this place never disappoints. A local favorite for a reason!

We had not been here in several years. Should have left at that. We have been to Billy g's in Kirkwood alot. Now the critique. Service was below par. Waitress was semi attentive. The food. The wife and I both had the chicken spiedini sandwich. Both of ours were on the colder side. They definitely were not hot. The taste was semi, okay. However, not only were they cold, the sandwiches were also fairly dry and sliced a bit thin. Very little, if any butter and garlic. She had a vegetable a side. I got french fries. The french fries were frozen/ bag shoestring type and had no life or taste. They do not offer sweet potato fries. Our adult kids had pizza. Little taste there. Typically, my son in law can eat most of a pizza by himself. He ate a little over a third. My daughter had one piece . Needless to say, they took home about a half a pizza. Why I don't know because nobody would eat it. The atmosphere. Not much going on there. I can tell you, be careful where you sit. Where I was sitting, it was right by an aisle in which one of the servers was carrying a tray and promptly elbowed me in the head as he walked through with someone's tray of food. He didn't bother to say, sorry, are you ok, nothing. Pretty rude. By comparison. Billy g's beats this place hands down. Not even close. So, I never can imagine going back to this place or endorsing it. X-OFF THE BUCKET LIST

We ordered the deluxe pizza and salad for pickup . Wow … this pizza was pretty overpriced . We also ordered the Gianinos special salad , they short changed us on the special ingredients . Pimintoes , mushrooms . Dang just give it to us . That’s what makes it so special!!!
