These employees can't manage to count to three. Our order said 3 bags and the person running the drive-thru only gave us 2. Unfortunately we didn't realize it until getting home. You should be able to trust a place to at least provide all the items on an itemized receipt.

First of all the person on the box said after I said my first item was that all and I order 3 items each time he tried to rush me because they had 5 cars total in line and I waited for 20 min Then I asked for grape Fanta and I got orange. Also my sandwich was supposed to be a double and it was a single. My fries were soggy like they were not fully cooked. I had asked for ranch 3 times and there were 3 people in the window and only took one to look and ask you your stuff right I said yeah I just need ranch and then I got it. Very unprofessional and I’ve been in fast food before for years. If those people were managers they need new ones. And this was at night about 7. Never going back. Hope you all change the things wrong.

The food is always fantastic if they dont try to pass you off some old crunchy fries. I dont think some of these employees ever smile, and the ones that do provide excellent service have to go the extra mile because of their coworkers attitudes.

Well were not door dash. We're to busy to make sure people have there right orders. You cant hand someone a order and say its all there when obviously its not. Point intended close this jack in the box. Imperial is just as bad as arnold. I have two sodas and a sandwich for 40 dollars. Thanks to door dash and this place. Anthony gamache

I used to love this location after the way me and my boyfriend got treated we will not be returning. Rude and inconsiderate employees. Got our order wrong and got it remade and it was still wrong after waiting 15 mins for our food then another 20 the 2nd time. Then they wouldn’t fix it again and told us to leave.
This place gets worse and worse everyday. No wonder these restaurants are closing. They are ran terribly especially this location.

Sent husband to get a crispy chicken sandwich, fries,onion rings and soda, he came back with Jr chicken sandwich nothing like chicken, sent him back and the guy repeated crispy chicken sandwich with cheese, gets home and it's a double cheeseburger no cheese,been trying to call for half hr it rings and then goes to a fax!!! How do you get hold of a manager??? No one checks the receipts? 6/19/25
