Imperials location has gone down hill! I went through the drive thru, the person was extremely impatient with my order and just seemed like they didn't wanna even really be there. I ordered my food, which when got home discovered the fries were only filled half full in the fry container, not only that the bun to the burger was slightly hard ,seemed just kinda thrown together. The curly fries that we got seem aslo bad ,it seems as though they may have been sitting the fry bin for a bit, overall this experience here wasn't good. HIGHLY discourage anyone from visiting this location. We will do our business at herculaneum as we usually do. Friendly and efficient there.

These employees can't manage to count to three. Our order said 3 bags and the person running the drive-thru only gave us 2. Unfortunately we didn't realize it until getting home. You should be able to trust a place to at least provide all the items on an itemized receipt.

Traveling through, got the double bacon cheeseburger smashburger. Got going and found my burger with no salad and if there was bacon I didn’t find it. burger was still good and the fries were fresh out of the fryer, nice and hot just like I like them.

Everything was good besides the service. Mobile order was brought to our car. We were missing 4 count nuggets. Went inside to tell them about the missing item. Was then told that they can give us the 4 nuggets but they were included in our bag. Needed to look back in our bag. Looked again they weren't there.. If im going to lie its not going to be over 4 nasty chicken nuggets lol.

Did a on line order we had to wait 45 mins then had to go back through the line because they forget some of my food I won't be going back there again the last fews time I went they have mess up my order

What a joke! By the time i left i was so upset i couldnt eat! Emma was very snobby and rude. Harrassed me about several items. I wanted extra sauce and said i will pay. I stood at counter for 5 mins waiting on her rude reply while she waited on others. Very unprofessional. Emma needs to learn how to talk and treat people with respect. Wont stop here ever again. Shame on you Emma

First of all the person on the box said after I said my first item was that all and I order 3 items each time he tried to rush me because they had 5 cars total in line and I waited for 20 min Then I asked for grape Fanta and I got orange. Also my sandwich was supposed to be a double and it was a single. My fries were soggy like they were not fully cooked. I had asked for ranch 3 times and there were 3 people in the window and only took one to look and ask you your stuff right I said yeah I just need ranch and then I got it. Very unprofessional and I’ve been in fast food before for years. If those people were managers they need new ones. And this was at night about 7. Never going back. Hope you all change the things wrong.
