I ordered pizza and I expected to have my food delivered by the store yet it was door dashed by a non associate of papa johns. The person delivered my food in flip flops and a dirty t shirt door dash people are filthy and should not be handling food. The manager was rude and unwilling to refund my money told me that i needed to bring the food to her to get a refund. Do not order from papa johns with there un sanitized delivery people.

We ordered three extra garlic sauces and three extra bread stick sauce and didn’t get any of them. We ordered a pizza with pepperoni, green peppers and onions and a pizza with pineapple and bacon. Both had pineapple. No pepperoni. No Canadian bacon. Ridiculous.

Tried to order 2 pizzas from someone in the Philippines but they couldn't work the credit card machine - after repeating myself 4x I felt like I was getting scammed....Cancelled my order on the phone and went to the location to order...Order was made incorrectly so they had to remake my pizza....Got home and 1/4 of my pizza doesn't have sauce, cheese, or ingredients at all on one pizza....Last time....
