rude staff. 16 year old Olivia states she is manager. Out of roast beef They tell you one thing on phone and something else when you get there. Very dirty. Olivia doesn’t realize customers are why she has a job or keep the doors open. Very unprofessional and employees are are scantily dressed.

Watch what time you go to Ruma’s in Imperial. Even though the sign on the door states they close at 8pm, they only will let you get cold food if it is after 7:30. Went at 7:40pm and they turn their ovens off. 2 guys in the back and a girl in the front. Called to find out if this is daily occurrence so we know for future, and was told by a manager, “there kids, I am an adult, sorry about that.”

Just talked to an employee at this Rumas. Our Christmas Eve tradition has been Rumas since our children were little so I have been ordering for awhile. I placed an order for pickup on Tuesday Dec 24 Christmas Eve at 2:00. The girls accepted my order. When my husband arrived they were closed. Very disappointing. I called Today and talked the rudest employee ever. She said she took my order and mentioned when I placed it which was wrong and the day I wanted to pick it up which also was wrong. We will not be going back to this Rumas and I hope they give a politeness course to the girl that I talked on how to politely talk to a customer

I usually love your mostaccioli, but not tonight. I can't eat it. We do not live close to return it. I am just out the money and I have to find something else to eat. I got the large to have leftovers tomorrow. Bummer!

We ordered 6 gallons of the baked mostaccioli for a wedding reception and it was fantastic. It was warm when we picked it up and they helped me to my car with it. I would definitely recommend them for your catering needs. Everyone said how good it was. And the prices were very reasonable!!

I feel bad doing this, but it’s necessary. $45 dollars later yes it is. I’m not sure what happened but I was there last night around 6:15pm, and placed a to-go over. 2 small 9inch pizzas, garlic cheese bread, and a half sandwich (I honestly just chose something, I am not sure what the name of it was now, (yes I have my receipt)

I waited for about 40 minutes for my order and when he handed it to me, I noticed that the bag wasn’t warm at all. Not in the slightest. I drove 15 minutes home with our stuff in one of my DoorDash bags. THE FOOD WAS COLD. When you opened it you could visibly see that it was sitting in the back before they brought it out to me/do you not have a heat lamp, a warmer? Anything? My kids heated their food back up and didn’t eat it. It did not taste fresh at all. The bread on my sandwich was so hard and stale that it crumbled as I tried to take a bite of it. The meat was room temperature and dried out. It was roast beef, ham, lettuce and mayo. I wish I had taken pictures of my food to post but honestly I was so sick over spending $45 on bad food that I didn’t even want to think about it. I chose your deli and spent my month there and it was 100% not good. Disappointed as I heard great things about the place. I won’t be back. Too risky in this economy to either flush almost $50 down the tube or have a decent experience that’s normal. :(

I ordered a meal for everyone in my family. Get it delivered and my child’s meal is missing. I called to let them know this and I was told we ran out of beef so we couldn’t make it. I said I have two other sandwiches that have beef on them and Rumas told me, well those are premade so we didn’t have enough beef for what you ordered. I said well why would you not call your customer and let them know that so they can substitute it. She just apologized and said she would refund it. That’s not good enough. We all know that anyone not having what they ordered sucks, let alone a child. So now everyone else has a meal except that kid. Real cool. They refunded it but that is horrible customer service that you “got busy” or “forgot” to call when you couldn’t complete someone’s meal. I looked at other comments and see this has happened often. We went from ordering here and loving this place, to this happening. I’m appreciative you refunded, but that was a horrible experience. Won’t be back.

I had the Windsor card and went to Ruma's. the card said buy any sandwich and get a 6 " free any kind. we started to order a sandwich and a 6" inch . then she says it has to be a large sandwich when the card says any sandwich and that the 6 inch has to be the Gerber sandwich but the card says any 6 inch sandwich. we left and will probably never go back. thus is false advertising at its worst
