I ordered from there today and I will never go back. I have been a customer for decades and today I had absolutely awful customer service being screamed at by one of the staff and it was totally uncalled for.

Went in on Friday evening to order a super sub sandwich to have for a hike the next day - wait was VERY long but given it was Friday evening - I get it. The sandwich was excellent and held up well overnight and through our hike. We went back on Sunday and ordered a deluxe pizza (a customer from Friday evening was telling us it's so good and loaded with toppings) and super salad - Salad was great, pizza not so much - hardly any toppings, cold and it wasn't cooked all the way (could still see the shredded cheese on the sauce and crust on bottom was doughy/chewy - we had to put it in the oven to bake it more (425 for 15 min) then it was cooked. So my review is from two different orders at two different times: It's Hit or Miss here.

Worst experience and worst tasting food i have ever had at rumas. I ordered the prosperity and it was really really salty. Also ordered mozzarella sticks and they were really overcooked. The woman did not want to refund my money either.

I feel like a connoisseur of the Ruma’s restaurants. I grew up going to the one in the South County mall and it was a childhood favorite. That one is long gone, but the Lemay Ferry one is my go to. I finally got to go to this one, in Imperial and was thrilled to have this Italian food close to where I live now! The service was very courteous and nice. And the price to eat on so much food is great. I will be back for more

rude staff. 16 year old Olivia states she is manager. Out of roast beef They tell you one thing on phone and something else when you get there. Very dirty. Olivia doesn’t realize customers are why she has a job or keep the doors open. Very unprofessional and employees are are scantily dressed.
Love Ruma's forever the Gerber is delicious. Workers were very nice, and the dine-in area was clean

Watch what time you go to Ruma’s in Imperial. Even though the sign on the door states they close at 8pm, they only will let you get cold food if it is after 7:30. Went at 7:40pm and they turn their ovens off. 2 guys in the back and a girl in the front. Called to find out if this is daily occurrence so we know for future, and was told by a manager, “there kids, I am an adult, sorry about that.”
