It's rare that an establishment has such awful water that it detracts from the overall dining experience, but holy cow the table water at Innsbrook Clubhouse Bar & Grille has managed to do it. I don't know if they *actually* are serving recycled bong water, but it sure tastes like it! Absolutely nothing could be done to cover it up, either; no amount of lemon fixes it. Orange just laughs at it. Sugar just brings out the vile nature of it.

Come on management, a whole establishment water filter costs $1K and fixes the problem for the ENTIRE BUILDING. Maybe you've never drank your own water, but you should try sometime, it'll make you throw up in your mouth!

Otherwise, the establishment is pretty middle of the road. The chicken I had was good, my kid's pizza tasted akin to frozen pizza and nothing (the sauce is particularly abysmal; chef boy-ar-dee level sweetness and spice, yuck!) and my wife's salad was serviceable but unremarkable. Of course washing everything down with recycled bong water really didn't help the presentation!

Service is where it should be, and atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from a vacation place.

The only reason this restaurant hasn't gone out of business is because there are so few other options within ten minutes! i.e. captive market! No other real restaurants within Innsbrook, and in town Domino's has a 4.2 stars so yeah the local palette leaves everything to be desired.

But given the complete dearth of passable local restaurants, I guess it makes sense this place is still in business. But that's no recommendation, it's just there isn't anything else better nearby.

This was the worst getaway ever!!! Our rooms were horrible. Not at all what the website shows. It took forever to get in touch with a representative. The response was very slow. We arrived at 3 pm and didn't get into our new rooms until 9:30. We were in limbo for over 4 hours. No one from the management team has yet to apologize or make things right. Please avoid this place

This place is honestly not worth your time or money. Overpriced. The food is so bland. We had a party of 12 & only 3 people actually enjoyed their food. 2 of those 3 got a burger which is pretty hard to mess up. I would -1/10 recommend this location.

Food was wonderful. The staff was great and friendly. It was a tad loud for us but that's what you get when you eat out on a weekend. Were definitely going back for more pizza!

Booked a VRBO for my sister’s bachelorette weekend, looked online and there aren’t many restaurant options around. Came across the bar & grille and thought that would be a good first night spot especially with live music. Called, asked if they took reservations and gave my info since there were 14 of us. We arrived a little before 7 for our reservation and they told us they just need to clean off our table, perfect so we went outside and waited under the covered drive because it was a packed house with a rehearsal dinner. After about 30 minutes we were still waiting so we grabbed a drink from the bar and went back outside. An hour later (8:00) the hostess told us they went ahead and sat a 8 top and 6 top because those were easier and the only thing they had available now was a 5 top that we could all stand around (this would be totally fine if we were just drinking but we came for dinner and drinks). She said or I could go wipe some tables off and you guys could sit outside (it was misting out) we asked if they had umbrellas because if so that would be fine. She said yes and was going to set it up. 20 minutes later we are still outside waiting. I go inside to see what the problem is. I was told they don’t take reservations, the hostess was confused and we can’t sit outside and that they still don’t have a table for us and can’t tell us when they will. When telling them that our reservation was at 7 the response I got back was “we don’t take those” and “it’s not my job to fix it on the website”. Very poor communication all the way around and nobody knew what they were doing. The kitchen closes at 9, it’s 8:40 so we decided to split up our bachelorette group just to get in and get our orders. They did end up giving us 2 bottles of wine which was appreciated. Once we finally got seated our service wasn’t terrible, food came out at a decent time (probably because we were the only table left to order). I’m in the industry, I know it can be chaotic at times, but being told all these different things by different employees all while making a reservation 3 weeks prior to avoid this situation completely was extremely frustrating and the responses were extremely unprofessional and rude. We would be provided a solution, wait for things to be set up, and then be told actually we can’t do that and be back at square one. Would not recommend unfortunately.

Great place for food, drink and view. Do yourself a favor, try and go when Stephen Jones is playing music!

I really enjoyed that salad bar and drinks. I tried the portobello steaks and thought they tasted great
