Sounds weird but it was magical in there, Immediate dopamine release. it’s what you want out of a bookstore and the coffee!? The coffee was so good (dare I say… better than Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts) order a butterbeer iced latte, so delicious! I will be spending my free time there, without question. Such a beautiful gem in the good ole town of potosi!”

“We dined for lunch yesterday at Granny Barb's Pies & More in Bismarck Mo and had the small size Strawberry Poppyseed Salad and Mom's Club Sandwich. I gotta tell you Folks, if you haven't checked them out yet you don't know what your missing. It was excellent, truly Delicious. A really beautiful establishment with a very professional, courteous, friendly staff and Delicious Food very reasonably priced. Check them out you will not be disappointed. We are going back.”

“Tonight I ordered the chimichanga grande with steak, and my hubby ordered carnitas. When I say that was quite possibly the best chimichanga I've ever had, that is no exaggeration! The steak was delicious, and everything was done to perfection. My hubby really enjoyed his carnitas too! We now have a favorite go-to Mexican restaurant!”

“By far the best coffee shop around! They have the best iced latte’s and such creative drinks and snacks. On top of the quality of their goods, the staff are always fast and efficient. They are so supportive of other businesses in the area and do fun special events throughout the year. The ambiance is clean and cozy. I could go on and on about how great this place is but you are better off checking it out yourself!”

“Cindy seriously knocked it out of the park on this German chocolate cake! The best I’ve ever had! The cake itself was moist, rich, and full of flavor, and the frosting was perfectly balanced…sweet, creamy, and loaded with that classic coconut and pecan goodness. You can really taste the love and care she puts into her baking. It was a huge hit with everyone, If you want a dessert that feels homemade but better, ask Cindy if she can make it happen. 💕”

“Heading back to St. Louis on a road trip, and we were on the lookout for a dinner spot. Stopped in on a whim, because when isn't Mexican food a good idea? (The answer is never). We were seated right away and the staff were friendly. Service was quick, and the menu had a good amount of variety. So much so that it was hard to pick what to order. We enjoyed complimentary chips and salsa while we looked over the menu and made our selections. After we ordered, it was just a short time before our food was ready. It came out piping hot, and very tasty. We didn't feel rushed to eat our food so that they could seat another couple, but they seemed decently busy, which is always a good sign. We'll certainly keep it in mind as a dining option in the future if we have another road trip that brings us to the area.”
