Made the trip out and was pleasantly surprised! Cozy and welcoming shop. I ordered a vanilla latte and it was delicious! They roast their own beans, and it shows in the product. The staff member was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I’ll definitely be back every time I’m in the area.

I may be a little partial, but this small town coffee shop is just perfect!! All the hot and cold coffee and espresso drinks you can imagine, many tea varieties including matcha and tai tea, Fitz soda, multiple waters and so much more.. The pastries and baked goods are superb, there are usually lunch specials and THE BISCUITS AND GRAVY ON SUNDAYS IS TO DIE FOR!! There is family friendly KARAOKE on Wednesday nights and the occasional live music.. Perfect space for classes, parties or meetings, be sure to ask about the space rental ✨

Aside from the cozy atmosphere and the 5 star coffee, specialty drinks, and gourmet treats, Arcadia Valley Coffee Company makes sure everyone who walks in feels welcome 🩷

Wonderful coffee shop! Very cozy and relaxing atmosphere, this is a great place to grab a quick bite or to sit and enjoy a coffee with a friend. Sydney was so welcoming, she answered all of our questions, told us about the in-house coffee roasting and upcoming events, can't wait to come back! The chai latte is amazing!!!!

Vegetarian options: Wonderful to have vegetarian/vegan options on the menu, thanks for offering a variety of dietary options. The Vegan minestrone soup was delicious!

I hate leaving bad reviews but I just hope the owners see this and things will change. Myself & my friends attempted to get coffee here but were met with some of the poorest customer service that any of us have ever experienced. Even my 4 year old was upset due to how uncomfortable the staring was from the baristas. When we entered we were not met with one single friendly look or word. We stood there a moment trying to figure out what to order, but all of us were legitimately SO uncomfortable by how rudely and silently the baristas were. They weren’t just silent but their entire demeanors were very unfriendly and mean girl. We ended up walking out due to how strange the entire experience was. If the owners see this, please train your staff to at least crack a smile and say a hello when customers enter. I will likely never go back and will make sure that others know to be prepared for very rude baristas and non existent customer service.

If you are going to have a cortado on the menu, I would expect the baristas to be able to make one. My husband was essentially given a cappuccino. When this was brought to the attention of the barista, she acted like HE didn't understand what he wanted. Not hard to understand the difference when one has foam and one does not. Very disappointing.

I am a repeat customer, and have been for several years. The staff has always been very friendly, the service has been wonderful, and I just love the owners. If you like quality coffee (they roast their own beans), it's the place to go.

I use to love this place. Their coffee was amazing. But since someone else owns it now, it has gone down hill. It's as though they can't keep good baristas. The red head in there currently messes up drinks, lies, and has an overall poor attitude. I will no longer be getting anything from here.
