We used Baylee Jo’s as our caterer for a large & small catering event for our church both events were handled so well, from planning the menu to the delivery & set up. The food was delicious & the staff were extremely professional. We will definitely use your services again!

My dinner experience was good. The waitress was attentive and courteous, the atmosphere was what I would expect in a recreation area, and the portion size was very generous. A big plus for me was that the restaurant was a short walk (less than 100 feet) from my motel room door. I ordered the Baja Tacos and was able to sub out the pork taco for an extra fish taco. My only nitpick was that I don't like sauces added to my food unless I do the adding and this dish had the remoulade sauce liberally applied without my knowledge (I expected the sauce to be on the side). So fair warning - if you like your sauce on the side, ask for it. Still, I would return again if in the area and will recommend.

Stopped here for lunch as a solo diner after a hike. Was greeted quickly by my server, Caitlyn and got a table. Caitlyn is a true star of this restaurant, she was very friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and stopped by frequently for drink refills, etc. Sometimes solo diners can get overlooked, but not here. Caitlyn is a gem and I hope the management staff knows what an asset she is to Baylee Jos. The food was all excellent as well, with VERY generous portions. Bring an appetite and you will not be disappointed. The brisket was cooked perfectly, and the pulled pork was the perfect texture. Make sure to try the cherry BBQ sauce, it is very unique and tasty!

My family and I had a great meal here. Everything ordered from the BBQ, Ribs, chicken, pie, cake was tasty and well prepared. The Proprietary sauces were great and complemented the meats well. I would say it was my favorite food during our 3 day stay in the Pilots Knob area.

My family and I went here after leaving our float trip down the raod. We seen this place and stopped to eat once we got in we were welcomed by a very nice young lady she was full of energy. Very nice she talked to us made us feel welcomed. Answered all our questions. We ordered and tried all the BBQ sauces on the table she brought out a plate so we could try them with a spoon 😀 she never once interrupted us when talking and when one was on the phone she just let us kbow she come back to the table here soon. Like I said very sweet and we let her know alot how good she was at her job.
The BBQ wings were the shit like not dried out they were perfect.
Shrimp was perfectly seasoned My daughter asked for Chicken on her potato skins they came out of the kitchen as pork our waitress caught in just in time (allergies pork and beef) so she took and back and let the cook knoe that it needed to be changed.
The chicken fettuccine was good as well (I think thats what it was lol) even knowing that they had to change the noodles still was good.
Then the Rib eye sandwich was perfect as well.
Let's say very respectful waitress.nice and clean environment very quite at the time of day we went after dinner.
