Cleanliness of food prep had been my concern for quite some time at this location. But it has been one thing after another.
Recently, I placed an order in the drive-thru and pulled up to the window to pay—only to find that the price of the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich on the menu board in the drive-thru didn’t match their higher price in the register (wasn’t tax—was a price jump).
I asked the cashier about it and she had a very sharp tongue (rude).
Went through the drive-thru again weeks later and asked before I placed an order “Does the price on the menu board in the drive-thru match the price in the register?” The cashier gal didn’t understand, and got a guy on the speaker. He said “it does.” I got up to the window to pay and the cashier had failed to punch in a second sandwich I ordered. I told her I ordered 2 of the sandwiches and the gal gave me a tongue lashing. She finally said she probably made the mistake because of my question in the drive-thru. I won’t be back at this restaurant for another tongue lashing (rude cashier).
UPDATE: They forced themselves into non-existence. Restaurant is closed as a result of poor service.

The last two times I’ve gone to the Jackson Arby’s have been fantastic. The girls who work the counter are friendly and fun—can’t give them enough compliments! I never really went very often before, but the last two experiences have definitely made Arby’s a high ranking fast food option for me in town now!

This is this WORST restaurant in jackson/cape for the past 5 years the manger just hangs up when they forget food (like main item sandwiches) it has happened multiple times for the past 4 years. The manager will hang up if u call and complain about missing food lol. Worst restaurant I've been to every.

I can't believe they got rid of there salads so I decided to try there crispy chicken club wrap. Could not eat it because it was made with chicken nuggets and the breading was hard. I did give 2 stats because the sweet tea is amazing and not to sweet

Terrible Service. Waited 15 mins in Drive thru. Rude kid brought Luke warm food out. No I’m sorry or anything. Kid had no personality. Hates his job obviously. Rated 1. I’ll never go back to Jackson, Arbys

Horrible experience. The two girls who were there should not be working there. One claiming to be the manager told the 16 year old worker that now he's not being fired. They left the 16 year old to do all the work while they sat in the lobby gossiping and cussing constantly to the 16 year old over the mic which we could all hear.If I ever visit this area again I will never be visiting this location again.

Traveling through n stopped for a late supper. Ordered take out n our fries were limp n barely warm, so opened my smoked brisket sandwich n took a bite n it was cold.

I'm giving you a 0 on all accounts.I visited the one in Jackson, Missouri and I will not return. Your crew served me 2 chicken sandwiches that were Luke warm and the lettuce on them had black spots all over it. I took them back up to the counter and asked if I could get fresh lettuce and if they could warm them up. Our food came out when we were getting our sodas but they tried to tell me that they cooked them fresh. They argued with me and were very rude. My friend didn't even finish his food. There was no way those sandwiches were fresh.They returned the money on my sandwiches but not his. If those are the kind of employees you have working at your restaurant, I will not be returning to that restaurant. Friday 19,2024 . The worst of it was, one the employees came out to the table and started an argument with so that is why we left .I wish I would have taken photos of them so I could and them To this . For the they treated me there was bad when I didn't even get rude with them . I will not be returning there .

Employee were yelling at each other. Cashier messed up and needed a manager, that wasn't even clocked in. Watched them clock in fix the screen then leave the building. Food was cold and cheese wasn't even melted. Aweful place.

I don’t think we have ever been to this particular Arby’s where our order was correct, we often drive to Cape Girardeau when we have a craving for Arby’s; we should have drove there today, but it was more convenient today and in an effort to give them another chance since not being to this location in MANY months, we went for it. Today in particular, one of the items that we ordered was a 1/2 pound Arby’s melt and two sides of cheese (an additional $1.00 a piece), we get home and they have given the amount of meat consistent with a regular sized Arby’s melt sandwich with no cheese on the sandwich or the additional cups of cheese that we paid for. We also ordered one of their limited time BLT sandwiches, I do not recommend you spend the money for this, the bacon was much like the thin hormel precooked bacon that you can buy at the grocery store and heat in the microwave, unlike the thick-sliced peppered bacon that they used on their BLT sandwiches that were previously offered. Save yourself some disappointment and frustration and go to Cape, especially with the prices that you pay for their food.

Store and bathroom was clean. Couple of tables were dirty and there was food under the table on the floor. BUT the staff didn't check on us and spent the better part of an hour on there phones.
