The last two times I’ve gone to the Jackson Arby’s have been fantastic. The girls who work the counter are friendly and fun—can’t give them enough compliments! I never really went very often before, but the last two experiences have definitely made Arby’s a high ranking fast food option for me in town now!
Store and bathroom was clean. Couple of tables were dirty and there was food under the table on the floor. BUT the staff didn't check on us and spent the better part of an hour on there phones.
The sandwiches were good but both our crinkle fries and curly fries were stale (not freshly made). Friendly service. The dining room was empty but half the tables hadn't been cleaned. We'll be back but hopefully things will be better.
